Loved the location, right in the middle of the Seacrest activities. And the house is designed very well, with good space for bigger families. Anna is a rock star... reached out to check on us, and helped with a few small challenges very quickly.

Very Clean and Spacious
By far the best vacation rental property we've ever stayed at. The place was exquisite, super clean, incredibly well decorated and VERY spacious. The home has every possible kitchen utensil/pot/pans etc. you would need. It made eating in a breeze. We rarely used our car during the stay because the location was perfect. It's in walking distance to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping places, the pool and the beach. They also provide friendly tram services to take you to the beach if you choose not to walk. Loved it!
House was exactly as described. Had a minor mishap on the first night when I accidentally locked my phone inside the house and did not remember the code to get in. We called 30A Escapes and they immediately reset the code. No other issues at all. We were very happy.

This place was perfect! The location was steps from Rosemary Beach without paying the cost of Rosemary Beach. Plenty of room and loved all the king beds for adults! Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful house in a great location!
We stayed here for a girls trip and it was great! The location was amazing, we walked everywhere and didn't have to worry about parking when we went to dinner or shopping. It was Great!
This is a great property, and location! We were steps away from the shopping and restaurants in Rosemary Beach! WE were also able to bike to George's in Ally's Beach! I would def stay in Seacrest Beach again! My only suggestion is this rental needs a new couch! Thank you for your inquiry on our Seacrest Beach Vacation rental, '275 Lifeguard Loop'! This property does not have access to the Lagoon pool, but it does have access to the two Villages of South Walton pools in the listing photos. One is a zero entry pool and one is a deeper pool.

The opening on the first and second floor is plenty wide enough for a wheelchair, but the second is the width of a normal hallway and we would want to be sure the width would work for you. The first bedroom is also located on the first floor containing two queen sized beds
Off the kitchen there is a bunk room containing a set of twin over twin bunk
On the third floor there are three bedrooms all containing king size beds
The master suite you'll find at the east end of the home with a luxurious en suite bathroom
The bathroom in the hallway on the third floor is shared by the remaining two bedrooms but has plenty of room to accommodate with double vanities and a nice sized soaking tub.
