It was Great!

This is a great property, and location! We were steps away from the shopping and restaurants in Rosemary Beach! WE were also able to bike to George's in Ally's Beach! I would def stay in Seacrest Beach again! My only suggestion is this rental needs a new couch! The coils from inside the cushions were starting to make their way to the top!

Wonderful house in a great location!

We stayed here for a girls trip and it was great! The location was amazing, we walked everywhere and didn't have to worry about parking when we went to dinner or shopping. The house had plenty of space and comfy beds. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone. Thank you 30aescapes!!

The best thing about this house is the LOCATION!!! It is so close to the grocery store, the restaurants and shops, Rosemary, etc.

House was exactly as described. Had a minor mishap on the first night when I accidentally locked my phone inside the house and did not remember the code to get in. We called 30A Escapes and they immediately reset the code. No other issues at all. We were very happy.

Very Clean and Spacious

By far the best vacation rental property we've ever stayed at. The place was exquisite, super clean, incredibly well decorated and VERY spacious. The home has every possible kitchen utensil/pot/pans etc. you would need. It made eating in a breeze. We rarely used our car during the stay because the location was perfect. It's in walking distance to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping places, the pool and the beach. They also provide friendly tram services to take you to the beach if you choose not to walk. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

In addition, this 30A rental includes complimentary bikes which make it even easier to explore the east end of South Walton. Thank you for your inquiry on our Seacrest Beach Vacation rental, '275 Lifeguard Loop'! This property does not have access to the Lagoon pool, but it does have access to the two Villages of South Walton pools in the listing photos. One is a zero entry pool and one is a deeper pool.

The unit has it's own elevator for handicap people access to each floor?

The opening on the first and second floor is plenty wide enough for a wheelchair, but the second is the width of a normal hallway and we would want to be sure the width would work for you. If you are ready to book, contact our reservations department so we can get measurements of the space on the third floor for you!

How long would it take to walk to the closest beach access?

What is the bedroom layout? (King, queen, bunk room, etc) of the 5 rooms?

In the entry room there is a set of full over full bunks

The first bedroom is also located on the first floor containing two queen sized beds

Off the kitchen there is a bunk room containing a set of twin over twin bunk

On the third floor there are three bedrooms all containing king size beds

The master suite you'll find at the east end of the home with a luxurious en suite bathroom

The bathroom in the hallway on the third floor is shared by the remaining two bedrooms but has plenty of room to accommodate with double vanities and a nice sized soaking tub.
