An outstanding getaway at Salt & Light
My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The new owner has done an absolutely amazing job updating the condo and making it feel like home. We have stayed at the same condo for the past three years - we didn’t recognize the place when we arrived. There are four in our family - two adults and two children (ages 11 & 8) and the amount of living space is terrific. A beautiful view of the Gulf greets you in the morning and outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying a meal with your family. Everything feels fresh, bright and new. A very relaxing environment to enjoy making memories. The condo is well appointed to make meals, with new pots and pans and a terrific coffee maker (K-cups or drip). Salt & Light has all the amenities of a home-away-from-home plus the beautiful Gulf waters. We will be returning next year.

Amazing Getaway

We Loved our stay! Conveniently located. Easy access to beach. LOVED that the beach chair set up was automatic. So perfect to have access to Crabby Steve's right off the beach. Unit was clean, comfortable and updated! The only issue we had was with configuring the TV's so that we could access the cable/streaming accounts, but we called customer service and someone was out to help that day! Can't wait to go back.

Amazing!!!
This unit far exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely stunning, the decor was so well done. The kitchen was well equipped, as well as the bathrooms. It was clean and comfortable. Our kids especially loved the bunk room! Close walk to the beach, and the pool was lovely. Already planning our return trip - and will definitely return to this unit! Highly recommend!

Annual Beach Getaway
This condo was fabulous. Every year my husband, myself, daughter (37) and daughter in law (51) spend a week in Rosemary. The condo did have everything a person could need to cook. I will confess that we eat lunch at Crabby Steve’s most days and experience other restaurants in the area for dinner. Not only was condo decorated fabulously, everything was super clean. I love facing the beautiful gulf waters and lots of restaurants and shopping steps away! Definitely will rent again!

Amazing beach trip

Charming getaway

My family loved staying at this unit. The unit is so beautiful with very lovely decorations. Everything was so cozy and comfortable. We loved being on the first floor and able to get to the pool and beach so quickly with children. The pool was fantastic, the restaurant being on site was so handy, and the shops and restaurants were so close by. This has been our favorite spot to stay and hope to come back to this exact unit.

Dreamy!
This was our families second time in this lovely condo (and 5th at the High Pointe) and we can't wait to come back next year! This condo is so well kept, clean and comfortable! We have two kids (10 and 7) and the access to the beach and the pool are so easy to get to - not to mention great crab hunting (their favorite). The view is addicting and the kitchen has all the essentials. We love it here!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at 15W. Firstly, check-in process was super easy, and we were actually able to check-in nearly 2 hrs early! The condo was super clean upon entering. Beds were comfortable, and you can’t beat a kids room that can sleep 6 kids (we only had 3 kids with us though). Views were breathtaking. Walk to the beach took one minute, and the steep steps to the sand included ramps for wagons or anyone who wanted to skip the steps. My family and I walked to the nearby plazas, which include an ice cream store, candy store, souvenir shops, and clothing boutiques. It was a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at HP 15W. Check-in process was extremely easy and the unit was better than advertised. The view was unbelievable! We had so much fun down at the beach and at the pool. We also played pickleball and rented bikes one day. We love the entire 30A area and can't wait to come back!
