This property was really fun and perfect for our family. Beautiful pool and easy access to the beach and close to Rosemary. Our unit was completely renovated with excellent taste. We would definitely come back to High Pointe!

Property is Simply Amazing!

This property is simply amazing. From the location to the bedding and all amenities that are included! We enjoyed our view and the seating on the balcony! Amazing 30a Vacation
We loved this property and would definitely book again! Very clean and everything NEW - it smelled so clean when we arrived! The renovation was very nicely done. Beautiful ocean views and easy access to pool and beach. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The master bathroom light went out and it was fixed within a few hours. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay here!!

Perfect location
The condo is in a perfect location within the High Point resort. Can’t beat the ocean view from the patio. The condo was walking distance to all of Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants and we also enjoyed the two bikes to ride. We used our DoorDash service and they were able to come right to our door even though the resort is gated. That was a great service. The pool was pretty and so big. We enjoyed grabbing a drink and quick bite at Steve’s Crab Shack on the premises too. The condo decor was beautiful and the kitchen had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Our family enjoyed the condo. I took one star away because the ceiling fans and baseboards were very dusty and could use a deep clean.

Great View and Well Furnished

This condo has a great beach like décor. Well furnished. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the location of the complex is perfect. The pool looked awesome!

We loved our stay at HP24W! We have stayed at High Pointe before, but this condo was the best! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, clean and perfectly decorated! The view on the balcony was the best! Access to the beach and Crabby Steves was wonderful! We will definitely be back!

Best beach trip ever!

My family of four absolutely adored this property! The condo is impeccable not a single complaint about anything! The views are amazing! We had the most fantastic time on 30A! What a slice of Heaven! No one will be disappointed with this rental! We will be coming back!

The location was perfection... gorgeous view of the ocean which the condo literally hangs over. Super comfortable beds. Clean. Pretty appointments in the condo. So close to the beach and pool. Easy access. Walking distance to so much. It was perfect for us!

Great location and accommodations

Our family, including an 11 and 8 year old, stayed for a week. The condo was a great space for our family and the view was incredible. It was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We rented bikes and walked or biked everywhere we went. The beach was also a very short walk. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Getaway

This condo was amazing! It was renovated, clean, exactly as the pictures showed, and the view can't be beat. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every night listening to the waves and feeling the cool breeze. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We are already trying to plan our next trip back!

Perfect Beach Location

My family and I just spent the best week at this condo. The condo was exactly as advertised and the location was perfect. The kids loved the short walk to the beach and pool. Waking up every morning to turquoise waters and the sound of the waves was exactly what we were looking for. This condo did not disappoint. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Perfect for Girls Trip

This property was perfect for our girls weekend getaway! We had the best time, drinking our coffee on the balcony each morning, and looking at the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf! We had everything we needed in this Beautiful unit, and all of our favorite restaurants and shops were within walking distance!!

We had a wonderful week staying at the condo. Great views from the balcony and easy access to the beach, pool and Crabby Steve's too! Would highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting an ocean view and easy access to everything the property has to offer.

The apartment was spotless, the bathrooms sparkled and there were more clean towels than we knew what to do with. Best part, you're beachfront and right in the heart of 30A with Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Seaside Beach just minutes away. Perfect location, perfect vibes.

Excellent location, great views and well stocked! This place has everything to get you started and the chaise lounge chairs on the balcony are so comfortable I slept there one night! We enjoyed everything and will be back! The icemaker was a huge plus! My only suggestion would be to have something in the unit explaining locations for rentals of bikes, checking in for beach chairs and maybe where to get basic items (excellent little market just across the street from entrance has singles and small quantity items for short stay)
