Great location!

This was our second stay at Dolphin Watch 4, and it was even better than our first as the weather and beach were perfect. The place is right on the beach with a short boardwalk to the beautiful white beaches of the Gulf Coast. Great location, very clean and extremely responsive property management. Highly recommend.

Great stay here. Unreal location right on the beach! House was clean and the perfect size for family of four! Back patio view is insane! My only criticism is checkout at 9:00 feels a lot earlier than standard checkout time. Outside of that, no complaints!

Dolphin Watch was Perfect

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this little hidden gem of a house on 30A. The house was neat and clean with three comfortable bedrooms. The spectacular view of the Gulf and the beach was the highlight each morning and evening. Easy access to the most pristine beaches ever. Grocery stores were nearby to serve our needs. Seaside was an easy drive away and was delighful. Great location!

Seriously the best location I’ve ever had on vacation! Right on the most beautiful beach! I highly suggest that you rent bikes-we rode them every day. To Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside. The property is cute!

A great little place!

Cannot beat this location. A walk down some steps and you are on the beach. Dolphins swan be every day! The outside could use some work but the inside in beautiful!! Would definitely stay here again!

Our Happy Place

We always enjoy staying at Dolphin Watch. Great location on the beach and close to Rosemary, Seaside and all the other great enclaves on 30A. The condo is very nice, clean and well appointed. The 30A Escapes team is always helpful. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Great Beach Condo

This lovely end unit condo is located on a private beach. There is a private staircase for the condos to access the white sands that make this area of the gulf so beautiful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning while drinking our coffee on the patio. It’s close to a Publix for groceries and all the delicious dining options you want to try along 30a. We will definitely book again when in the area.

We just returned from a 5 night stay at this property. It was very tastefully decorated and just steps away from the beautiful white sand beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We are already looking at planning a return trip! 30aescapes made checking in and out a breeze. Would highly recommend 30aescapes and this property!

The location cannot be beat. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach every morning, come back up for lunch quickly, and then head back down for the rest of the day. The views were incredible, and it was overall a really fun experience. The property itself is right next to the public beach access.

Fantastic!

If you are looking for fancy Rosemary type experience this is not it. If you are looking for a clean, cute, ocean front spot that is perfect for a family this is your place! Cannot recommend it enough. A great location, very easy to come on/off the beach with babies. Can watch the waves from the deck and wake to the sound of the ocean. Quick drive to Rosemary beach, Seaside, and the hub. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful space right on the water. Cannot beat the convenience of walking off the patio onto the beach. It's a duplex, but the people who stayed next to us were very nice. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and made communication as seamless as possible. We would definitely stay here again.

Are the patios private for each townhouse? And are there private grills to use for each townhouse? If so, is it gas or charcoal?

Thank you for your inquiry on our Seacrest Beach Vacation rental, 'Dolphin Watch 4'! This unit is gulf front and the beach access is just a couple steps out the back door! There are two ways, to the right of the unit is a public board walk and stairs. To the left of the unit is the private boardwalk and stairs for these two gulf front unit to use.
