HP 12W Gulf Front Condo

HP 12W at Seacreast was by far one of our favorite vacation spots we have stayed. The property was stunning. We would love to stay again. 30a escapes property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Thanksgiving Stay was Great!

My brother's family stayed at this property and my family and parents stayed at another property in this beautiful location. The restaurant was closed for the season in the resort but it was OK because we could still go out there and enjoy the sunsets! The beach below was amazing! Everything was clean, neat and comfortable inside the condo and the location couldn't have been more convenient to all the shops, farmer's markets, restaurants and pubs in Rosemary and Alys Beach. Everything was an easy walk or bike ride which was wonderful with college-aged kids. Also, the area was very safe with wristbands needed to access the property from the road or the beach. Great pool and other entertainment facilities. Would suggest anyone to stay here! We loved it.

Can't wait to go back!

30a escapes was the absolute best. The rooms were clean and that view was to die for. But their service was top notch. From getting us a new remote same day to helping me track down my dads lost wallet. They went above and beyond and were incredibly responsive. Can’t wait to go back.

Our daughter is medically complex, sleeps with a vent at night, and requires a lot of medical supplies. The host was very accommodating. They let us ship supplies early and said yes to every special request we had. Their communication was always prompt and helpful. The property was clean and the view was amazing! Everything was as it was listed. We had everything we needed! We will definitely be back. We love High Pointe! We’ve stayed at other properties before but this was by far our favorite! Can’t say enough good things about this place…

Vacation
We have stayed in various units at High Pointe over the years. This was our first stay in the West building. Our week here was exceptional. We had a special request before check-in and the team at 30AEscapes came through! They contacted the HOA and our simple request was approved. The unit was really great. The view was exceptional. The decor was pretty. The seating (one of my main areas of interest) was wonderful. The seating included a very large leather sectional that could seat many and another accent chair. The family room lighting was also great (with a combination of lamps and overhead lighting). All three beds were so comfortable and our group of people, that is known to complain about mattresses, all slept like babies. We had a little hiccup with the garbage disposal, but after calling 30A Escapes, the repair person arrived within 2 hours and was so nice and professional. The only complaint (which isn’t much) is that we think the cabinets over the sink were removed to make it more updated and aesthetically pleasing, but it meant that the pantry is now for kitchen storage (small appliances, bowls, pitchers, platters, cutting boards, etc). That meant that there was nowhere to store groceries and food. All of the groceries had to sit out on the counters all week. That left no room for food prep. But everything else was absolutely wonderful.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream — the photos don’t do it justice. Beautifully decorated in a coastal rustic-meets-modern style, the space feels fresh, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed. It’s spotless, spacious, and offers great privacy between the two bedrooms. The ocean views are breathtaking. We spent hours on the patio listening to the waves and watching the moonlight shimmer across the water. The master bedroom’s beach view made every morning feel magical. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from a private beach and Crabby Steve’s, a cozy beachfront restaurant perfect for lunch or cocktails. It’s also a short walk to shops, coffee spots, and The Pearl in Rosemary Beach. Peaceful, clean, and perfectly located — this stay was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend it for a relaxing coastal getaway!
