Come experience the vacation of a lifetime here at Tidewater II, a beautiful 3 story home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, located in Seacrest Beach right between Aly's and Rosemary Beach!
Luxury is sure to please, starting with the main level featuring the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a bedroom with a king-size bed. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom or the hallway. The washer and dryer are located at the side entry door for the convenience of dropping of swimsuits and beach gear. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large pantry. The dining room table seats 6 and the bar has stools for additional seating.
The second floor features a bedroom on each side of the house. There is a guest ensuite with a king-size and a set of twin bunks. This floor also has a king ensuite that has a twin bed as well and each is equipped with TVs and ample closet space.
The third floor features the fourth bedroom with a twin bed and a set of full bunks. This room is also ensuite and perfect for the kids to have space away from the adults. There is also a cozy sitting room on this floor that has a loveseat and a wet bar and opens to the large veranda to take in the beautiful sunsets as you enjoy dinner and drinks. The sights of Seacrest and the gulf views are amazing from this floor!

This is a fantastic house right on 30A! Our family has stayed here several times and love the central location to the Beach, pool and 30A! There is plenty of room for everyone to have their on space. They even have beach toys for you to use! We will defiantly book again soon!- Anonymous U , Posted:
Thanksgiving
We are truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house accommodated all 12 of us comfortably. We loved the area and convenience to Rosemary, Alys and Destin. We will definitely be doing the beach thanksgiving again. The only complaint I have about the house is that it needs a little updating, like the appliances and some of the furniture. All in all it was a great time got everyone!

Girls Getaway
Had a perfect long weekend stay! You could not ask for a more convenient location. You are just a few steps from the huge community pool as well as a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to walk to Alys and Rosemary. Beautiful sidewalks for exercising in the mornings. The house was perfect for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Perfect
Not only does this house have a fantastic location, it has all the amenities you need for a great family vacation. We had two families staying here and there was plenty of room for everyone. It’s an easy & short walk to both the pool & beach. Trams were quick, but we didn’t need because of the location. We loved that each bedroom had its own porch/balcony. Shops & outdoor restaurants/music were a 2 minute walk. We would love to return to this beautiful home.

Great location!
My husband and I took our teenage kids and their friends here for spring break and had a great time! All four bedrooms were great, each having their own balcony and/or porch to sit on. Location is perfect. The property is close the beach, pool, dining and shopping. We would definitely come again!

We have always stayed in a condo, but after staying at 'Tidewater II' we will never stay in a condo again. This is a great property and such an easy walk to the beach and pool. Clean and spacious. Many amenities and stocked with everything we needed. Definitely 5 stars!!!!

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at Tidewater II ! It was clean, spacious, and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed so much that every bedroom had its own private balcony to enjoy the views of 30A. So glad we booked this property, and 30A Escapes was amazing from start to finish with ensuring our stay was perfect!

The home was spacious, clean and well-appointed with amenities. The location was amazing with easy walking to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach... and all of their shops and restaurants.
