Poolside Paradise

Great time at the poolside paradise!

This was such a great rental property! We loved having the pool and beach so close! The condo had everything we needed and was perfect for our family. Seacrest is such a great location in between Rosemary and Alys and is so kid friendly! I highly recommend!

Amazing Property & Location

My Family of 6 stayed in this condo during a recent visit to 30A. The location of this property is so convenient and views overlooking the pool are amazing. We loved having lunch at the Seacrest Pool café. This property is an easy walk to the beach even when carrying beach gear for 4 kids. We can't wait to stay here again during our next visit to 30A!

Beautiful!!

This condo is exactly as described! We had a bad experience last summer at a different condo so we were kind of nervous to stay anywhere again. Boy this made up for last summer and then some! It was very clean, roomy and comfortable and easily accessible to many great amenities. The tram to the beach was right out the door to the left and the condo over looks the pool just a few steps away. I just advise you to get to the pool EARLY if you’d like a chair because it fills up fast. I would highly recommend this condo, we were very happy with our stay.

Seacrest Beach is the place to stay!
We spent a week with friends at Seacrest Beach and had a blast. The home is beautiful, clean and perfectly located in Rosemary Beach area. The 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms made it easy for two families to share. So close to great dinners and activities for the kids. Our stay was great!

Wow!
We just stayed at this beautiful condo in seacrest! It must have just been fully renovated and is decorated impeccably. Super spacious and the add on bunks were so nice! Although we stayed in the winter so it was too cold for the pool, we thoroughly enjoyed walking to the beach, over to Alys, and to Rosemary. The location of the condo can’t be beat. And the views from the balcony are great. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back.

Fantastic stay

We were thoroughly pleased with this condo. It was extremely clean and well decorated. We felt like we were walking into a brand new condo. It was spacious and well maintained. The location was ideal for my teens to bike around through 30A. Very close to beach and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay here. We recommend it 100%.

So very fun!
We just completed our week stay at this condo! The condo itself is beautiful! The location can’t be beat. It sits on the pool and is right in the middle of Alys and Rosemary, both walking distance. Seacrest has its own peddlers area with live music, shops, restaurants etc.. our whole family stayed plus in-laws and we had plenty of space! We rode the bikes that come with the condo all around town. We did rent chairs on the beach as we know the summer time gets busy and were very happy with that. Overall great trip. Thoroughly enjoyed the condo and location! Love 30A! We will be back.

Great location!

This condo was very nice. Even though we did not cook much, the kitchen was well stocked… plenty of wine glasses! The bedrooms were very comfortable. Great master bathroom! The location would be hard to beat… walkable to many restaurants and, of course, the beach. Oh that beach!

Lovely beach home!

We loved our stay here! This was the cleanest and most well equipped rental I’ve ever rented! It was in a great location right in the middle of Alys and Rosemary. A quick walk/bike ride to both. The beach was about a 5 min walk or A quick ride. Very manageable with my 3 kiddos (2,5,8 yrs old). Lovely master bath and much roomier than photos appear. Would love to stay here again! Only complaint was the lamps didn’t work in the bunk room but not a big deal at all as there is another light in the room.

Everything was amazing! The place was updated, clean, and had everything we needed. Very short walk to beach, but also convenient to use tram. The pool was clean and never crowded.

Perfect holiday
We had a delightful stay in this beautifully appointed condo with extra comfy bed. We loved having bikes to cruise around and the tram to the beach was a huge plus!! Looking forward to our next say!!

Exactly as described and pictured!

This was an amazing condo with plenty of room for our group of 7 it is exactly as pictured on the listing. It is right by the pool entrance as well as being in front of the community. We don’t have one complaint about the condo itself. Beach access is very close but it is shoulder to shoulder and literally no where to put your things bc it is a very small beach access. We chose to do the public access not far from there on orange street as well as load up and go to camp Helen one day. The pool chairs are always taken we never got a chair the whole week we were there. But we still swam and had a good time. The included bikes were awesome to have! It was so fun to ride up and down 30a and appreciated them. Communication with property management was A+ quick to respond and handle adding a kids bike rental for us. We would definitely stay here again and so glad we chose this property.
