Each level boasts covered porches overlooking the beach, while the fenced backyard offers ample grassy space for children to play.

The heart of the home resides on the second floor, featuring an open layout encompassing the kitchen, living, and dining areas, perfect for gathering. A second-floor balcony extends from the main living space, furnished with a dining table for four and two outdoor sofas. A queen-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom, equipped with a single sink and walk-in shower, also graces this level.

Ascending to the third floor reveals the primary suite, complete with a king-size bed and a private balcony boasting breathtaking Gulf Views. This suite includes a cozy sitting area with a large TV and an en suite featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Additionally, two other bedrooms on this floor offer a king bed and a twin over full bunk, sharing a bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.

The first level encompasses another master guest room, featuring a king-size bed, patio access, and a private en suite with a single sink and walk-in shower. For added convenience, two washers and dryers are provided on this floor. An exterior shower on the covered patio allows for convenient rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Venture just 300 feet to the private beach access via the boardwalk over the dunes, or enjoy the community pool located conveniently across the street, offering ample lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Jump on the bikes and cruise to Gulf Place - you will be in the ideal spot to walk to shopping, restaurants, grab a coffee, and even ice cream shops for the kiddos!
