House is very new and very clean we very much enjoyed it. fit our needs perfectly. Very good proximity to the beach. Neighborhood is a little crowded so you’re not exactly off by yourself. But would certainly stay here again

EXCEPTIONAL!!!!
This home has it all!! Sunning decor, EXTREMELY comfortable beds, private pool, conveniently located close to beach access, VERY CLEAN…the list goes on! I can’t recommended this home enough! I will definitely be returning!

Superb home! Highly recommend!
This home is immaculate, spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed taking dips in the private pool, walking to the beach, sleeping so comfortably, and lounging on the front patio. We will absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely, luxe stay in 30A!

The Ideal Vacation Home
This was my first time visiting 30A and I had an amazing experience during my stay! This property has enough space for the whole family (and some friends) and has wonderful amenities like a private pool, outdoor grill, spacious kitchen, and both front and back patios. It is located a short walk from the beach and a short drive from a bunch of delicious restaurants and fun shops. I can't wait to return and stay here again soon! Highly recommend!

Amazing home and location!
This home was immaculate and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and more. I loved the location right across from the beach and there were bikes available to explore the area. I really like there are multiple sitting areas outside as well as a shower attached to the home to rinse off after leaving the beach. The decor and space of the home is amazing and chic. I could not have asked for a better place to stay in 30A.

Very Comfortable Home
This was our first time staying at this home and it was wonderful. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked, loved having the pantry to store food. More than enough dishes, glassware and silverware! Very comfortable living room with great TV and lots of seating. All bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing! Pool and deck area was perfect! Grill was very nice with natural gas. Bikes need a little maintenance. Perfect stay and would definitely stay again!

Well Appointed
This house is new and centrally located to Rosemary and Seaside. It's also conveniently located to beach access directly across 30A. The house is well-appointed with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. There were plenty of pots, pans and bakeware. They even thought about the little things like a whisk and collapsible wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. I definitely recommend this house.

Great place to stay!
The house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. Easy walking distance to the beach and the pool was great to have as well. All the rooms including the bunk rooms were a good size and it was nice that everyone had their own bathroom. 30a communicated with us well through the entire process and was very responsive with any questions I had. I'd recommend this house for families or a group of friends!

Perfect for large family

The property was wonderful for our group of grandparents, parents and 5 children under 7 years old. The location so close to the beach and a great heated swimming pool was perfect for our group. The setup of the bedrooms worked wonderfully for our family. Our requests for a few small problems were answered and solved very quickly.

Great short visit

Had a great time in this home with family on a short visit! Overall, location is great with a short walk to the beach and short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Love the 30A area. Will be back and would recommend this property!

The perfect beach escape
This was my second time visiting the property and it never disappoints! This vacation home has all the necessary amenities from the heated pool, spacious rooms, cozy kitchen and family room, and relaxing outdoor spaces. The location can’t be beat - with a short walk taking you directly to the beautiful beaches and both Alys and Rosemary beach are a brief drive away for delicious restaurants and fun shopping. It’s such a relaxing oasis and I can’t wait to return!

The Best Vacation Home I Have Every Stayed In
The Occasionally Luxe 30a Beach Home was a dream. From arrival - it was an impeccably decorated and maintained home. Got me in relaxation mode immediately!! It is SO spacious and there are so many spaces to hang out in between going to the beach and exploring all the cute shops in 30a. By the way the beach is so close and I enjoyed the very peaceful walk to the water in the mornings. The neighborhood was so cute and felt so safe!! The heated pool was such an amazing amenity. The beds...best sleep I have gotten in a while. And there were so many bathrooms! All of the bedrooms have their own bathroom which was super amazing to have. You also get a full service kitchen with thhe most spacious peninsula to entertain off of. Trust me, you will regret not staying here for your vacay! Go ahead and just book it now before it's too late. I can't wait to return!!

Great House, Great Service
Very pleased with our recent stay at Occasionally Luxe. We managed to find the house on Airbnb originally, but have learned it is best to “book direct” for the best rate and customer service. Everything about our experience with 30A Escapes went well. Pre-arrival communication via email and text message was well-timed. The guest portal made it easy to manage the reservation and learn about the area ahead of time. A different guest before us caught the grill on fire, causing it to be unavailable during our stay. The management company notified us about this ahead of time and proactively had a loaner grill delivered prior to arrival. The house had everything we needed, but nothing extra - it was clear that the owner and management company have worked hard to minimize clutter and potential dust collectors. The mattresses were new(noticed a manufacture date of 2021 when I was checking for bed bugs on the first day of arrival) and the pillows were excellent as well. Overall, we found the home to be an excellent choice for our first trip to 30A. Would definitely return again in the future.
