Conveniently located in the Crossings District of the WaterColor Resort is 'Summer Bliss'. This charming home is located on Dragonfly Park with an easy 2 minute walk to Dragonfly Pool. Enjoy open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen has beautiful updated granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The convenient first-floor master has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. There is also a half bath on the first floor beside the laundry room. Entertain the whole family on the spacious screened in back porch with ample seating.
Upstairs you will find three guest bedrooms, the first has two queen size beds, an en suite with two sinks and a glass enclosed shower, as well as access to a balcony. The balcony has a custom built porch swing as well as two chairs. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a set of custom built in twin over twin bunks as well as a TV. There is a shared guest bathroom in the hall with a single sink and shower/tub combo. Additionally on the second floor you will find a second living space, perfect for game night!

3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
5) The amenity fee is charged per 7 days. Additional days will incur an additional fee.

Watercolor Fun
Very nice well appointed home in the beautiful town of Watercolor. Great to have a golf cart included. Easy to get around all over watercolor and seaside areas. We will return!

Outstanding Stay
We booked this house to get together with friends. 4 adults and 3 kids under 3 years of age. My wife and I had been to 30A twice before. To give perspective on the week, even with a full day of rain we already booked the same house for the same week in 2022. We can’t wait to come back. The golf cart gave easy access to Seaside and WaterColor amenities. The house was big enough for two families with room for us to grow. Very easy process, clear communication, great house with golf cart and bikes to use and close enough to Seaside town to be within golf cart distance. We enjoyed it. Good experience overall!

Great Management!
We loved staying at this house. Everything was clean and beautiful and a great location. It’s the perfect place for multiple families to reside. Our boys even had an accident on the golf cart and 30A Escapes was prompt to reply to make sure all was well. Thank you!

Memories Were Made
We loved the house and it was perfect for our group of 9. The back porch was so nice in the mornings and the evenings. The golf cart was incredibly helpful and used a lot.
