Great Place!

There were 12 of us for a tennis weekend and we drew for bedrooms. Even the person that picked last was thrilled with their selection. The kitchen is fantastic with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers plus a dining room table that seats 12. Loved the pool and all the balconies. Plenty of room to spread out or come together as a big group.

Stunning home
The house was more than I expected. Very spacious, luxurious, and well kept. My one and only complaint is that for a house that sleeps 28, I felt that only providing 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 toilet paper rolls for each bathroom, 2 dishwasher tablets, and only two trash cans was not enough. When you are paying for a luxurious home it would be nice to have those things provided. But truly, the house was spectacular and I would recommend staying there.

High Noon delivered!
We had a great time at High Noon... they location was perfect, the lay out of the house was absolutely perfect for our needs and the pool area was just right for the rainy weather we experienced during our stay. My only two small, tiny suggestions to improve the stay would be a newer set of washer and dryer for the main floor and to improve the wifi as it was pretty spotty and unusable. That said, I would stay at High Noon despite those suggestion any and every time I visit 30a. The team at 30a Escapes were so easy to work with as well... overall, a GREAT experience!

Great for Family/Friends week away!

The house is a great option for those looking to have a large group in 30A. The house is as described, with quality decor/finishings, comfortable beds, clean & modern bathrooms, plenty of towels, dishware, etc. The house also comes with bikes available for use, and beach chairs that were set-up daily on the beach (without needing to call!). There is an alarm prompted by opening the sliding doors to the pool, for safety. Guests have approx 5-10 seconds to exit after resetting the alarm, which took a bit for everyone to get used to! Property group is responsive, all questions were addressed and responded to within 24 hours. There was no early check-in or late check-out offered, but timeline consistent with what is disclosed in the listing. House is walkable to downtown Rosemary Beach area, walkable to the beach with private access and gated street.

Great Location

High Noon
Second year renting this home! Fabulous space for family reunion. Kids love game room and pool. Perfect location. Not pleased with seas the Day beach service. Very rude and poor service. Wish had another option for chairs and umbrellas. Think mattress in master bedroom needs replacing. Overall love home and will rent again. 30 A escapes wonderful to work with. Very responsive to anything we needed

FANTASTIC VACATION PROPERTY

We very much enjoyed our stay at the High Noon property. The property location, being just a short walk from the private beach as well the amenities in the center of town, was a major plus. Communication with the property manager was excellent and all of our inquiries were handled promptly and professionally. It would have been a little more convenient for us to have beach towels included with the rental. Having chairs already set up on the beach waiting for our daily arrival was a great feature! The younger members of our group really enjoyed the game room and the arcade console there was a definite hit with them. The property is very spacious and the area around the pool was a central gathering spot for our clan. The house was very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this place especially for a large group.

Perfect Memories
We had an absolute wonderful vacation staying in the “High Noon” home by 30A Escapes. The home was extremely clean and equipped with all the amenities you’d expect with a huge home. The private beach access with chairs and umbrellas were the best. The beautiful pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach. The location was perfect and an easy bike ride (supplied) or simple walk to all nearby Rosemary & Alys restaurants. We ran into a pool door alarm issue one late evening, but the emergency line was responsive and had it fixed my morning. I would highly recommend renting with 30A Escapes. Can’t wait to return to make more memories.

What a beautiful property! So clean and spacious. We were a big group, but we fit so well in the house. They’ve made great use of the beds and each room has a bathroom. The location is great as well!! Walking distance to so many cafes, restaurants, and shops. I can’t say enough good things! The pool was also kept pretty warm so we were able to swim even when it was cooler outside. Overall I would recommend staying here
