Welcoming you with lavish interiors and fine finishes "High Noon" offers an open concept first floor with roomy living, kitchen, and dining areas, complete with direct access to the large pool deck. You''ll take delight cooking a gourmet meal for your closest friends and family in the chef''s dream kitchen, featuring a six-burner gas range, dual refrigerators, and dishwashers, and ample counter space for meal prep; you''ll then savor that home-cooked meal at the dining table with seating for twelve, additional seating for five can be found at the breakfast bar. Kick-back on the sectional sofa in the living room and wind-down to a good movie on the large flat-screen TV, complete with a gas fireplace, or suit-up and take an evening dip in the private heated (additional fee) pool. 3) This property has 8 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
