Located in the heart of Rosemary Beach, “Casita By The Sea”, offers 30A travelers a place to vacation in style and comfort. This recently redecorated two bedrooms, three-bathroom home provides adequate sleeping arrangements for up to six people.
Upon arrival to “Casita By The Sea”, you will be welcomed by the vaulted ceilings and over-sized windows providing a bright and airy concept to the first floor main living area. Perfect for entertaining, the home boasts a spacious floor plan with ample opportunities for relaxation. On the first level, you will find the kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; it is sure to please any cook! Or head to the living room, where you can turn on the gas fireplace and watch a movie with your favorite people with the surround sound system. From the front porch, you’ll have easy access to the first-floor bathroom which has a raindrop shower head to help rinse all of the sand a salt from a long day on the beach.
All sleeping accommodations are located on the second level; with a bunk area, and two master suites. The King Master Suite features French doors that allow private access to the balcony and a private en suite. The second King Master suite also provides a private en suite; all the while the kids will take delight in the bunk area furnished with a twin over twin bunk bed.
Take advantage of the outdoor area! With a generous size yard, the kids will have ample room to roam, all the while the adults utilize the natural gas grill to make a home-cooked meal.
“Casita By The Sea” offers off-street parking for up to two vehicles, and includes 3 complimentary bikes! This property is also pet-friendly with a small pet fee!

2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property.
4) This property has 3 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.

30A Escapes made our long vacation so accommodating. The personal attention we got from Justin was always quick and responsive. Our only issue was a gas fireplace that didn't work reliably during our 2 week stay. It appeared to be a bigger problem than could be addressed while we were there but we so appreciated 30A Escapes' continued attempts.
Each and every person we interacted with was exceptionally friendly and quick to respond to any questions or issues. I felt like a valued customer not just another vacationer.

Can't Wait to Rebook
We loved this house and will definitely rebook for next year! It was the perfect size for my family of four and loved that we could bring our pet. The location is ideal on a quiet street in Rosemary proper, with a beautiful back patio, upper deck, and a green in the back. We enjoyed being able to walk and bike to town, the beach, and restaurants. We never had to get in the car and can’t wait to come back!

New FAVORITE beach getaway
Our family and fur baby had a wonderful time visiting Rosemary. The house was exactly as described and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. We appreciated how many towels the house provided for a week vacation. Very quiet street and very convenient to town square and the pools.
