Stairway to Heaven Cottage

This house is beautiful! The walk to the beach is minutes away! We sat on the porch every morning and night! Kitchen was fully stocked and has 2 refrigerators- 2 sets of washer and dryers! They didn’t miss anything- the kitchen is a huge highlight — the kids loved the 3rd floor space. Awesome kids hang out room off the bunk room. It was a beautiful retreat.

Beautiful Home / Best Location
This house is beautiful and the location cannot be beat. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Third floor living area provides nice separate space for children. Great porch to sit outside and relax. Best location in Rosemary - quick walk to beach, pool, Barrett Square. Management company very responsive. Highly Recommend!

Outstanding
We’ve been coming to Rosemary for years. This was the best house yet! The kitchen was FULLY stocked with everything and more! The porches are incredible and the location is the best in Rosemary! Highly recommend !

Location!!!

6 adults, a 3 year old and 5 year old! This place was perfect! Close to a heated pool, 5 minute walk to the beach. House had many amenities! Second floor porch with swing and chairs! The bunk beds and sitting area was perfect for the kiddos! The kitchen is amazing with huge table and chairs, living area was also amazing! We will definitely consider renting this again! Also, Scott answered every one of our questions quickly and took care of all the needs we had!

Wonderful House

House was wonderful! Beautifully decorated with top of the line appliances, bathrooms, etc. Only thing was that the guest house was rented out separately which we were not made aware of. The parking was a bit hard once we realized this and that one of our spaces blocked them in, which meant we had to be in contact with them. Overall wonderful experience and we would do it again!

Great Location!

The location couldn’t be better! So close to the heart of Rosemary shops and restaurants and also close to the beach/pool/playground. House is ideal for 3 couples plus kids but was a little tight for the 9 adults + 1 child that we had. It’s a beautiful home with old character that has been updated. It could have been a little cleaner inside and outside.

Great location
This house has been recently renovated and is lovely. The location is unbeatable especially as we had 6 young grandchildren staying with us. My daughter-in-laws loved having 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers as we ate most of our meals there. Our only complaint is there were not any kid friendly cups and the glasses and plates available were never enough for our large group. Also the two queen masters had no chair, just a bed and a dresser with two bedside tables. No closet either. Just a rod in the room to hang your clothes. Overall we would rent this property again.

Ideal Location
This home is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping in Rosemary. It was very clean and updated. We would stay here again.

Stairway To Heaven Cottage

Overall our stay was great. The house is very spacious! The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a bathroom in each of the main bedrooms on the second floor. The pool was less than a minute walking distance and the beach was a 2 minute walk. The kitchen had enough cutlery/bowls/plates and had a nice amount of counter space for cooking. The only downside to our stay was there were a couple things that didn't work right: the right dishwasher wouldn't latch, the toilet paper holder in the downstairs bathroom was broken, the towel rack in the primary bathroom was falling off the wall, one of the drawers in the right freezer didn't pull out correctly, and the top drawer of the dresser in the left guest bedroom was broken. Overall, we would stay here again, I was happy that we were able to check in early as the cleaning staff finished around 2:00PM.

Awesome Location!
The home was beautiful and the location couldn't be beat! So close to the beach, pools and 30A. Our family of 10 loved our stay and there was plenty of room for all. The kids loved the extra space on the 3rd floor. The bikes were a nice addition as well! We will be back.

Exceptional Across the Board!
I have been to just about every beach destination in Florida and have stayed in some beautiful places, but the Stairway to Heaven property is hands down the best there is. From its location to its design to its kitchen to its landscaping with the trees, you cannot pick a better property in Rosemary, or anywhere else. We were a group of 11 and the home was the perfect fit. Looking forward to next year already! Thanks 30A Escapes!

Winter escape to Rosemary
Stayed in stairway to Heaven with my seven children and brother and sister-in-law it was a beautiful home very well kept beds were very comfortable, a couple minor issues with the house were immediately tended to by the management company. The location was amazing bikes were wonderful and a nice addition to our stay
