• Lagoon Pool – A 12,000 sq. ft. paradise featuring a zero-entry splash zone, waterfalls, and plenty of loungers.
• Beach Access – Hop on the seasonal tram for an easy ride to the beach, perfect for your gear. Prefer to walk? It’s just a 5-minute stroll to the emerald Gulf waters.
• Peddler’s Pavilion – A 2-minute bike ride to boutique shops, live music, dining, and seasonal nightlife.
• Scenic Walking & Nature Trails – Enjoy picturesque trails just steps from the house, perfect for exploration and relaxation.
• Walkable, Bike-Friendly Community – Conveniently stroll to Rosemary Beach (8 minutes walk) or Alys Beach in (12 minutes walk) for a charming coastal experience.

• This property has 7 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes, a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.

• There is an active Ring doorbell camera at the entrance door of the home.
