Shiloh

Shiloh was a perfect place for my family!

The house was lovely, clean, comfortable and had every amenity needed, including a well stocked kitchen. We loved the location with its close, convenient access to the beach as well as to all areas along 30A and the surrounding places we wanted for shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend it and we are eager for a return stay.

The home was a perfect choice for our family vacation!

It was very warm and beautifully decorated. The backyard and pool area was large enough for our family to swim, barbecue, and just hang out. It’s a brief walk to the private access beach. Great Location! We rode bikes through Alys and Rosemary Beach that’s just to the East and to The Hub, a state park, and other communities to the west. Our new “Go To” beach destination!

30A Hidden Gem
This house is tucked back right off 30A in a quite neighborhood just down the street from Alys beach. It is on a large lot with lots of room to hang out by the private pool. This house was clean and nicely renovated. Very clean! The kitchen is a one person kitchen, but well stocked. The extra fridge in the garage was nice to have also. Parking wasn’t a problem because of the nice long driveway. It was only a few minutes walk from the beach access. Loved all the porch/balcony space with the rocking chairs! Will definitely look into staying here again in the future!!

Perfect Family Friendly Home
This home was the perfect getaway for our family. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ask for while on vacation. The moment we arrived, we instantly felt relaxed and ready to enjoy vacation. The heated pool was AMAZING to enjoy no matter what the weather. The walk to the beach was even closer than we imagined and absolutely stunning. The functionality of the home made taking 4 young children to the beach fun and relaxing! It was a great stay!

Fabulous Rental Property

We have stayed on 30A for almost 20 years and 'Shiloh' was our favorite property by far. Huge lot and serene setting and short walk to the beach. Everything was super clean and ready for our stay upon arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool was an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of life. This house was convenient to all the happening spots and restaurants of the area. The layout provided privacy between our family but great gathering spots for when we were all together. Lots of steps but there is a bedroom on the main level and bath which was convenient for anyone with limitations on stairs. We will rent this house again and highly recommend it to anyone.

We loved your home, it was perfect. The pool was just for us, the beach was a short walk.. the house was clean and the perfect size for us grandparents, kids and grandkids.. we loved making memories. Only wished the grocery and restaurants were within walking distance. But the home made up for it.. would recommend and will stay again soon.. thanks for your hospitality.

Amazing Stay on 30A

This was our first time staying in the 30A area and we are so glad we chose this rental. The house was very large and clean, very much as described, however, it was the outdoor space that really made our stay. The yard is one of the bigger ones in the area and the kids and adults both loved the pool area. The house sits 1 lot back from 30A so there isn't much road noise but still only a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. A maintenance guy had to change some filters while we were there but they notified us ahead of time and while he was there he asked if there was anything else that we needed. Having the garage space was nice as well for bikes and we rented a golf cart.

Great property, set up and property management company. Would definitely recommend staying here as plenty of space in bedrooms and outside patio/pool, etc. Only critique is small kitchen/cooking area but overall great place.

Relaxation !
This was my 2nd time to rent this location, and my family loves it! Plenty of beds for kids and adults to sleep, lots of room for parking and lounging around the pool, and great porch space for your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Less than a minute walk to the boardwalk and you're at the beach. If you enjoy peace and quiet, then can't go wrong here!

Amazing Family Vacation

This property had all the features for an amazing vacation for our family. We had three generations, and the layout and spaciousness allowed us all to have our own areas while also providing wonderful community space. The outdoor space is just wonderful - a fantastic pool, plenty of chairs in both the sun and shade, a grill and two tables (one covered and one not), which allowed us to eat most meals outside. We walked to the beach every day with 3 young kids, enjoyed walks in the immediate neighborhood down the street, and just overall had a great stay.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay - the property was great for our group of two families. Quiet area, yet close (quick bike ride) to Rosemary and The Big Chill. Easy walk to the beach, which was never crowded. We brought a wagon for our beach gear which was a big help. Super responsive property manager.

Perfect Week at Shiloh!
We had a perfect week at Shiloh! It was great fit with several teenagers. Plenty of space to spread out. The pool area is fantastic. We hope to come back soon!

The perfect getaway!

We loved every second of staying in this beautiful house! It has everything you could ever need and more! The outside area and pool were more than we could imagine. The short walk to the beach was so easy even with three kids. We will 100% recommend to anyone and will be back!
