Our stay at the Seastar in Seacrest was so much fun!

Abby was excellent and always quick to respond to any of our questions or needs.  Our stay at the Seastar in Seacrest was so much fun. The house was beautiful, spacious and comfortable inside and out. We loved being able to see the ocean from the house, porches and pool deck. Our 5 children,  6 yrs and under, especially enjoyed the heated pool. Having the pool with a view of the ocean was great.

Had a Great Time at Sea Star This Summer!

We stayed at the 30a escapes property called Sea Star this summer and had a fantastic time! The home was beautifully appointed. We really enjoyed the bicycles and having the chairs setup for us every morning on the beach. That was crucial! A lot of people come to the beach and it was nice having the chairs set up early enough that it kept our space reserved. We also had a lot of fun with the ping pong table in the garage! Who knew that would be so fun! The bedrooms and bedding were great. The home layout was perfect.  

The beach and water were beautiful. White sand. Clear water. We've been driving to Hilton Head for the past twenty years and this was our first time heading down to 30a. We're definitely coming back this year too! The water and beaches make it much nicer. 

The staff was courteous. The area is great. We honestly had one of our best vacations ever. Great company and a wonderful house!

Beyond perfect!

The beach house was absolutely wonderful! Having our entire family under one roof was glorious! Being right on the beach, having our own pool and close to shopping, restaurants and in a beautiful home, could not have had a better vacation!

Awesome beach house!

What a wonderful beach house! Steps from the water, gorgeous views, truly every amenity under the sun! Our family enjoyed every minute we were there. Dylan, the manager was always available to answer questions and the process of leasing was very smooth. We will absolutely rent this fantastic home again!

Perfection

Having been to the 30A area for 30 years, I can easily say (and my 12 family members agreed) this was the best house we have ever stayed in. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like. The layout is perfect and we always felt we had plenty of room. The extras - pool table, ping pong, arcade game, puzzles - all made it easy for people to entertain themselves. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked every night. Aesthetically, the house is beautiful and not kitschy at all. Every room is serene and it was easy to keep picked up and clean. Of note, we have often found that there A/C is inadequate in houses we have rented. That is not the case here. The house stayed perfectly cool And comfortable the entire week Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were so nice as well. The pool and hot tub are amazing. And the beach chair service was perfect as well. We are hoping to rent the house again next year. I cannot say enough about how much we needed this escape from our day to day reality, and are so thankful we were able to restore ourselves at Sea Star in Seacrest Beach.

Beach retreat

This house did not disappoint. The views, the beach, the open late out and enough rooms for everyone. The close proximity to town and the ease of renting bikes for the week was wonderful and an easy ride for little kids to make it to town. The beach and water was so perfect. We plan to come back again!

Best House on 30A

This was the best house we have ever stayed in on 30A. The pictures are beautiful, but this house is actually better than the pictures. The view is spectacular and the pool to the beach access is amazing. The owners thought of every detail to make it nicer for their guests. The property managers are the best- they are super responsive and bent over backwards to answer questions and help make our stay perfect. The location is perfect - private but so close to great restaurants and markets. Such a fun and relaxing vacation in the most amazing house!!

Great beach house
We enjoyed everything about this house. Steps to the beach made going to the beach with young grandchildren easy. We also loved the pool. Easy to get to both Seaside and Rosemary beach. Loved the open floor plan of the house and the location of bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the Meile coffeemaker. Would stay here again and we’ve been coming to 30-A for over 20 years.

Couples beach trip dream!
This house is by far the most spectacular home we’ve ever stayed at in the area. The house is stunning, so well equipped and in a fabulous location. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all and great entertainment spaces. The views from the entire house are incredible and the sunsets from the pool were just amazing. I highly recommend this house and rental company. We hope to come back again sometime.

Amazing house!

We’ve stayed on 30A for Fall Break for 7 years and this was our favorite house, by far! Incredible location and the house was spectacular! We had 14 people in this house and the layout was perfect. We never felt cramped! The beach chair service was with its weight in gold! We’ll be back!

Heaven by the Sea
With 6 adults and 2 grandkids ages 6 & 9, we were looking for someplace on the beach that felt more like home than a rental. This house did more than that. It came with everything a family needed to have the most enjoyable vacation imaginable. The kids loved the arcades. The adults loved the ping pong and pool tables for when we weren't at the beach. I loved the elevator, since it was a 3-story house, and my knees aren't what they used to be. The beach set up every day that we were there was amazing. No more carrying our own chairs back and forth. The big ice machine in the garage kept us ready to make margaritas or fill an ice chest. Enough bikes for everyone to ride. But the house itself had that beach feel that was open and airy. Two well stocked kitchens. The pool was awesome!!! It was heated and the kids swam in it since the ocean was too cold for them. We lacked for nothing. We're definitely coming back next year!!!

Vacation 2023

The inclusion of beach chairs and umbrellas along with the beach box that included beach towels, water and trash bag was very accommodating. The young men were hard working, polite and courteous.

Sea Star Paradise
The house is exceptional in every way. I've stay at many places and each time, I always found something that the house was lacking or could do better. I found nothing wrong with this house. It was perfect!! If you could make a wish list of what your dream beach home would have, nothing would be missing from the list in booking this house. The customer service was excellent. We've already booked it again for next year. YIPPEEE!!!!
