Perfect Christmas Getaway
My husband and I stayed here over Christmas and we LOVED everything about this house. Hands down one of the best places we have stayed at in Grayton Beach. The oversized porch swing in the screened in porch was our favorite place to sit in the evening with a cocktail and just enjoy nature (without the bugs, lol). The kitchen was well stocked and had all the essentials we needed to cook dinner. The entire house is decorated very tastefully and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area is well maintained and there was plenty of seating, in or out of the sun. We enjoyed a fire one night (thank you Grayton store for being open Christmas Day and having firewood) in the fire pit area. The house is just a short walk to the beach and located on the other side of the main beach entrance, which was great because it was not as crowded. The bikes that come with the house was a bonus. Seaside is a short bike ride away. Highly recommend going to Modica Market and getting the large mimosa! So good! Thank you Sweet Magnolia for the perfect Christmas getaway! We can’t wait to come back and stay a little longer.

Summer fun
We stayed here last August and will definitely be returning every year. This house is amazing. Plenty of room for a large group and cozy enough for two. Plus every bedroom has a full bathroom. The house is very warm and inviting. Plenty of places to hang out. We loved sitting out on the screen in porch for cocktails in the evening and enjoyed the pool during the day. Easy walk to the beach and so many restaurants within walking or biking distance to choose from. Seaside is minutes away and fun place to spend the day. I definitely recommend staying here and we will be returning guest every year!

This house has great space and modern decor!

Much bigger than appears in the pictures. The porch swing was a hit. Short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is safe & quiet. We loved that bikes were included, and a private pool turned out to be ideal as social distancing restrictions were put in place during our stay. I am picky about cleanliness and it met my expectations. We will definitely come back!!

Perfect Grayton beach house!
Perfect beach house for our small family but would be great for large group too! We loved the screened in porch and private pool. House was super clean and beautifully decorated, beds and bedding comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. Easy walk to beach and restaurants, nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

For 8 adults to all agree it was a great place to stay and would come back means alot. Responsive host and property management meant a lot.

Amazing Place

This house is absolutely amazing. The pool and outdoor areas were incredible, and the front porch with the swing was so relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked! We will definitely be returning.

Loved Staying Here!

This house had HUGE living spaces and plenty of room for my whole family. A bathroom for each bedroom is a GREAT bonus. Will absolutely come back and stay!

SWEET MAGNOLIA WAS SO SWEET!
This house is amazing! From the screened in porch to the beautiful pool, it had everything a group of 12 needed. A favorite spot was the screened in porch with a huge bed swing and other comfortable furniture. The common areas were huge. We never felt crowded. The pool was where we gathered the most. The back yard area was awesome, with the pool and a fire pit area, and lots of shade. The beach was pristine and the water was beautiful. The house provided beach chairs and bikes. We loved everything about this house! We hope to return.

Love Grayton Beach!

Big open floor plan and great front porch! We had fun catching up in the evenings out there. Pool was great when we came back from beach. We will definitely come back.

Highly Recommend

Highly recommend staying at this property. The private pool was convenient with two small children who can’t spend all day at the beach. The property was clean and was spacious enough for each guest to have their own private room and bath. Definitely plan on staying here in the future.

Better than the pictures!

Really wonderful stay for 6 adults and 1 2-year old. Very spacious, and everything you’d need—pictures were good, but the house is even better in person! Loved the porch! We were super happy to have the pool as backup as the beach had biting flies and jelly fish (seasonal, we just had poor timing) Others have left pool/beach toys which was great. With the toddler we had to drag a wagon, so the closest beach entrance, which has stairs, wasn’t ideal and to walk to the other two was a bit of a walk (15-20 min). The checkin/out is a bit strict (4pm/9am) although worked fine for our flights. Maybe that’s standard for the area? Amazing local food!

Great Service

This company was on the ball and the property was beautiful. When we first got there the pool was not heated and the grill was not working right but all we had to do was give them a quick phone call and they actually got the pool heated very quickly and fixed the grill problem immediately. We had no other issues definitely would rent from 30A Escapes again!

New Favorite Vacation House
This house was exactly as described. It fit our family perfectly. Everything you needed in the kitchen was provided and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The screened in porch with the porch swing was a big hit. The pool was perfect as it was shaded most of the day which was much needed with the unusual heat that had hit the area while we were in Grayton Beach. One of the best parts is the short walk or bike ride to the beach and of course the beach. We plan to rent this house again in the future, and we give a big thumbs up to 30A Escapes as they were easy to work with and on top of everything!

It was wonderful

We stayed at Sweet Magnolia, and it was wonderful. The check-in/check-out was seamless and they were very responsive to any concerns. This location has a great pool area to hang out. The floors did not not crack so you didn't wake up others and the beds were great. A large living area where you could make meals, eat and watch TV all in the same large room. We plan to come again. Great Stay
This is such a comfortable and charming home! The kitchen and family areas are really conducive to group dining and socializing. And it's got one of the best front porches in Grayton Beach!

Great Place
Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Lots of space. Fairly soundproof from outdoor noise (not much anyway), wonderful and plentiful kitchenware. Very much worth the extra expense... paying for the heated pool. Grandkids (and grandparents) loved swimming in mid-November. Highly recommend.

Amazing

We had an amazing time with our entire family. The house is so spacious with plenty of room for our everyone. We loved being able to grill and cook together and enjoy dinner around the large table! We also loved the pool and biking to Seaside for dinner. The beach was close! Great location and wonderful property! We plan to come back next summer!

Grayton Gem
We loved Sweet Magnolia so much! The property was absolutely perfect for my family. Everything was very clean( and I’m picky). We rented a golf cart but you could easily walk to the beach and nearby bars/restaurants. The house is much better in person than the pictures. There is also a half bath by the pool that isn’t pictured that we found very convenient. The bathrooms inside could use to be upgraded but that is my only suggestion to make this place better. Oh and the AC is COLD :)

Loved this house! The front porch was so charming and perfect for coffee in the mornings. Ideal layout for large group with bedrooms downstairs and up (all with on-suite bathrooms). 6 bikes included was perfect! Beach access right down the street was so convenient. Had a group of college kids with us and they would hit the beach during the day and then the pool in the evening, stayed entertained all day. Great spot for your Grayton Beach vacay. Highly recommend.

It was AMAZING! Great communication with both 30A escaped and the owner of the house. Parking, was awesome. You could fit around 6 cars in the driveway which is so nice. Our fridge was not getting cold, within an hour of contacting them they sent a replacement and even went out of their way to transfer our stuff from one fridge to another. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels in each room, kitchen was well stocked with stuff to use and cook in. BEST LOCATION EVER. Walking distance to ajs, walked to beach (our beach access it was so calm and not busy when we went), we walked to eat dinner at red bar! Never used our car once. Great for family or big group of friends with tons of seating in the living room and dining room as well. The only complaint which I’m still highly satisfied was the fireplace even thought we didn’t use has very old chairs which could be an easy replacement and it has a lot of trees in the bad so it can get shady a lot of your trying to tan but that’s nothing! 10/10. I will 100% be booking this place again in my future!

We were very happy with Sweet Magnolia. It's a great location. We walked to the beach every evening for Sunset! The kitchen is well appointed. It was nice having a bath in each of the rooms. We loved the screened in porch. I would definitely stay there again.
