Perfection!

1st time in 30A overnight! Quick getaway for us! The décor and place was stunning! Perfect amount of space for everyone- Walking distance to eateries/ shops in both our resort and Rosemary Beach!! Will he back in the summer and highly recommend! The owners did a fabulous job- Well stocked with the everything you need!

Girls Senior Trip

The house was as beautiful and spacious as the pictures. The location was perfect. We were walking distance to the pool, beach and dining. The house was comfortable and beautifully decorated. I would recommend this house for large groups. We loved it!!

Great Vacation Home

House was beautiful. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and baking. Spacious! Kids loved the upstairs bunk room and games provided. Outdoor deck space was great. Beautiful neighborhood and enjoyed having bikes included in the rental. Would definitely come back to this property again!

Beautiful home!
We had a great week at Seacrest. This was our 2nd year and this house was far superior to the house we rented last year. It has everything you could ever need. The master bed room mattress was a cloud to sleep on. Since coming home, we realized how bad our mattress was and went to buy a new one the day after getting home. The teens loved the 3rd floor area. There is a grill in the back deck- one email that we received said there was NOT a private grill. Pleasantly surprised it was there but communication may need to be updated on that point. Hopefully we can come back next year.

Dream Famly Vacation!

We have stayed in Seacrest as a family for 8 different years in different locations and this home was by far the best. The location as well as the porch areas were ideal. Also, we didn’t need anything that wasn’t provided. 100% dream.

Loved Our Stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and spacious (even with 14 women in it!). They were very accommodating to our needs We only wished it were right on the beach and/or had a private pool BUT we would return here again, great property.

Perfect
One of the best homes we have stayed in on 30A! House is well kept, beautifully decorated and is the only place I have stayed where they have plenty of towels for everyone and you don’t have to do laundry every day! The 3rd floor loft was perfect for four teenage girls and the back porch was relaxing after a good day at the beach! Kitchen was extremely well stocked and loved the coffee makers on every floor! We will book this one again!

We have been staying at Seacrest for the past 4 years and this has been our favorite. The place had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space, well stocked, clean, and convenient. We hope to stay there again next time!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay for our friend's bachelorette party. The house was clean and maintained. It was easy to get in and out, and I would highly recommend for a large group. Plenty of space will three different levels!

House was very clean when we arrived, and hosts were very accommodating, quickly answering all questions both before arrival and during our stay. We had a small maintenance issue that we had to report, and maintenance came within a few hours to address and fix it. Great house with plenty of room for big groups. We had 10 people and all fit very comfortably. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach, which we did the first day but would be difficult to do with smaller children. We used the free shuttle to the beach the rest of the days and it was super easy and convenient! Would definitely book again!

Exceptional Place!
We absolutely loved staying here! Everything was top quality and new. There was so much space and bathrooms on every floor. Bikes were provided. I couldn't say enough about this property.

Celebrates my daughter’s upcoming wedding!

We really loved this home! It was very spacious and provided 3 different floors of living space! It was conveniently located to shopping and eating. You have the option to walk to the beach or the pool, but there is also a shuttle service that is provided that is very nice! The home is very well equipped in the kitchen…they even have a Kitchen-aid stand mixer, which came in super handy for one of the recipes we made. The only thing I could recommend is to provide some basic seasonings such as salt and pepper. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to people we know!

Perfect Spot

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect. There is so much space and the amenities/décor are fabulous. My only recommendation is to just add some salt and pepper for cooking so you do not have to go out and buy and entire thing for a short trip. Would definitely stay again! It was one of the highlights of the trip.

Perfect house and location for our group. House was fully stocked and had everything you might need. Pet friendly furnishings and located right on walking trail. Nice outdoor area which created another living space for our crew. We would highly recommend this house for families with teens and pets.
