The View of the Ocean was Great!

The condo was very nice, clean and well supplied.   The view of the ocean was beautiful but lacked a view of the beach.  The pool was wonderful and it was nice to have access to a restaurant on site.   It was an easy walk to restaurants across the street and more at Rosemary beach. Stepanie was very responsive and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at High Pointe 15E!

The two best parts are the location and the pool.  If you have kids I can guarantee they'll love the pool; really big and all the kids I saw loved it.  It's more of a lazy river style so not good for swimming laps but otherwise great.  Condo location is perfect if you don't want to drive anywhere; Rosemary is literally about a block away and you can walk to Alys in about 5 minutes at a brisk pace.  Crabby Steve's is handy too for a quick drink and the food is actually good too.  It is kind of small though and around lunch there's always a long line for a table.  Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at HP 15E and it was perfect!

I can't thing of a single thing that's worth complaining about b/c absolutely everything was practically perfect in every way. 30A Escapes delivered on everything.... ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! Thank you to Will Schlosser and all the 30A Escapes team. Good job.

Perfect Location!
The condo was perfect for a birthday get away for a few days for my husband and myself. It was just as described and pictured! In addition, It was a very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Also, the complimentary bikes were definitely taken advantage of when we wandered in both directions to discover several other hidden gems; a place to get fresh cold-press juices and quaint little romantic restaurants, which took a leisurely walk to a few days later. Everyone was so helpful and friendly; we will definitely return in the short future!

Another great beach week

This is the 2nd time I have rented "HP 15E" and 4th time I rented within High Pointe Resorts. It is always so perfect to stay here. My husband is now 82 and has had a couple of back surgeries and the great ramp to beach is perfect for him but the steps are great also for me to work off calories from great restaurants in Rosemary that are within walking distance. We love eating at Crabby Steve’s in the HP resort. The condo was perfect and team at 30A  Escapes came by on check in day to see if everything ok. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful Gulf Views
This location is amazing! Beautiful gulf view from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Nice spacious master bath and closet. Beds were very comfortable. The community was very nicely kept. There's a playground for little kids. Nice tennis courts. Two nice bikes included in the rental. This is downstairs so don't have to use elevator or stairs. Walk right out the door to the beach, pool and Crabby Steve's. Shopping was right across the street from the condo. Would recommend Amavida for coffee and Beach Brew for beer. Food at Amichi's was great. Pizza from Ticheli's was also really good. They have live music every night. Walk down the street a few blocks to Rosemary Beach which had more shopping and food options. The beach is the most beautiful I've ever been to. You can see the bottom of the ocean even 100 feet from the beach. This unit did not come with beach chairs/umbrella. You will need to rent your own from La Dolce Vita which was around 350 for the week for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. The kids (2 and 4) had a blast and we can't wait to come back.

Perfect weekend!
We loved our stay at this location! Perfect view and comfortable space. The property manager was great to work with! They took great care of our group and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure that we had the perfect weekend.

Wedding proposal

I planned a long weekend to propose to my girlfriend. This condo was perfect! I proposed just outside of the back patio. It was a beautiful setting. The location of the condo is perfect. We never really had to get in our car the whole weekend. Can't wait to get back!

This place was fantastic. There is no way to stay any closer to the Ocean. 200 feet from Crabby Steve’s as well. We had a blast!

Best Location on the Beach!
We have stayed in this condo twice now and it does not disappoint. Very clean and what a view! Easy to walk back and forth from the beach and a few steps away from Crabby Steve's. Could not ask for much more here!
