Cottage with shady porches!

The house was perfect....exactly as described! The air conditioning wasn’t working upon check-in, but Heather had a repairman onsite very quickly. We made the beautiful walk over to the beach and weren’t disappointed. Great location for our needs.

Beautiful Home!
17 Coleman Drive is an absolutely beautiful home. The house has plenty of space for everyone. The beach was never crowded, and was beautiful the whole week we were there. 30A Escapes was wonderful to work with.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay during our time at Grayton Beach. The home was well stocked and beautiful. The bikes were an added bonus! We are definitely planning on staying again!

Great Location

We absolutely loved the following things about this property: the location's proximity to the beach & restaurants, great layout, multiple lounging areas for multifamily groups, high-end finishes. We also had a fantastic experience with the 30AEscapes staff in email and in person: prompt responses to repairs, flexibility before our reservation when our daughter broke her arm, etc. After nightmares with Vacasa in recent years -- the staff at 30AEscapes was a welcome change.

Great beach house

Beautiful beach home. Lots of screened porches for safe gatherings. Very comfortable primary mattress. Bring your own spices and kitchen staples. Saw a big buck in our front yard one morning.

Lovely House

Clean and well appointed with all kitchen necessities. Note that the entrance to the house and the lockbox are not on the street side that is the house address. I arrived at night by uber and couldn't find my way in. But the property manager promptly responded. Note also there are only showers - great ones- but might be an issue for families with very young kids. We would stay here again.

Delightful spot
Great home, very comfortable, well maintained and clean. Love sitting on the screen porch and enjoying the breeze. Bikes furnished. Easy private walk to one of the best beaches (and uncrowded, too) in Walton County. 30A Escapes is a pleasure to work with! Will be back again for sure.

Perfect Vacation Property

The house was perfect for our group. VERY comfortable furniture and perfect layout of the property! We loved the location, and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. Peaceful boardwalk takes you to the beautiful beach that was NOT too crowded! We loved the multiple porches on the home, and the host / rental company was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely return!

Great thanksgiving getaway!

We would absolutely buy this house if it was for sale! It’s perfect. We enjoyed a nice family getaway. The beach is gorgeous and there is a nice boardwalk to it. We also enjoyed playing pickleball and tennis. The house has everything you need to make you feel right at home.
