"License To Chill" is the perfect getaway! Just a short bike ride to Seaside or WaterColor, this home boasts a wonderful location and couldn't be any more accommodating for a family/group that is looking to have a BLAST on the world's most beautiful beaches! Enter this luxury rental to find a private pool, spa and enclosed courtyard that it sure to put your mind at ease. Around the pool there are several lounge areas including a covered porch, covered seating area, chaise lounges in the sun, and a grilling area to cook up dinner. The main house has a spacious first floor kitchen, living and dining areas that are open to the pool porch and deck. The kitchen is well equipped with top of the line appliances, wine fridge, ice maker and wet bar! There is ample counter space and a dining table for eight. 

There is a spacious guest bedroom on the first floor with a king size bed and a queen over queen bunk room. This guest bedroom has a en suite with a single sink and walk in tiled shower. Additionally there is another shared hall bathroom on the 1st floor with a single sink and walk in shower. The garage has been converted into a fully equipped fun bunk room! There is sleeping for four guests, a pool table, TV and mini fridge! Sleeping arrangements in this converted garage are 2 twin over twin bunk beds. 

Head on up to the second floor of the main house where you will find a movie theater and three guest bedrooms! The in house movie theater is the perfect hang out and has six reclining movie theater chairs! The master suite is on this level and is complete with a king size bed and private en suite including a over sized shower and soaking tub as well as balcony access. The second guest bedroom has a king size bed with a private en suite including a single sink and shower tub combo. The third guest bedroom has a queen size bed and private en suite including a single sink and shower only. The second floor balcony has views of the pool on a cozy couch or hanging egg chair. 

Grill up a meal by the pool, enjoy the covered corner sitting area or hop into the outdoor sauna to get some much needed rest and relaxation! There is a Beach Access is located just 2 blocks from the home and just a 5 minute walk away! This is a public beach access, meaning there is no parking lot and there are stairs down to the beach. Having the best of both worlds (close beach access and private pool) at this 30A vacation rental is a dream come true. Hop on the golf cart or bikes and enjoy all Seagrove Beach has to offer. Important Things to Know:
1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use and a golf cart. To utilize the bikes/golf cart - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th. 
5) Carriage House is being renovated but no work on the carriage house will take place during a guest reservation. Please contact our reservations team if you have any questions. 
6) Please note that NO fireplaces at the house are for guest use.
