Excellent Location

This is a beautiful gated Community next to WaterColor without the watercolor price. Management was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

Relaxing 30A fun!

This property was spotless upon arrival. It has lots of light as a result of many windows, with the living and kitchen quarters having large glass french doors as well. The beds are comfortable and linens soft (and we are picky). The master on the main has two very high windows facing east, and a sleeping mask may be useful for light sleepers. The location is an easy bike ride to Seaside, and Publix is just up the road, and the walk to the beach straight forward. Having the bikes on property already (so we didn't have to deal with a rental company) helped make our stay enjoyable. We stayed during off season and the neighborhood itself is quieter - which is perfect for our family. This house is closer to the county road which makes it an easy beach walk, and also hears the traffic which could be busy during high season. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, glasses, dishware. As a reminder - bring any spices you need for cooking. We loved our stay in this well-appointed home!

Perfect family getaway

This property had everything you need and more!! Super comfortable and spacious! Plenty of room for 9 of us to be comfortable! Would definitely get this home again! Quick drive to the beach with public parking! Quick and easy drive to the only grocery store around so preping for a beach day was quick and easy!

Fantastic Location!

It was a perfect location for us -- just a short walk to the public beach access and very close to the grocery store. We did have a few concerns at the beginning of our stay, but all of them were properly addressed. We enjoyed our time here!
