Summer Breeze

Perfect spot in RMB
We have stayed in many properties over the years at RMB and this flat rises to the top as one of our favs for a small group! It’s nicely decorated with very comfy furniture and beds. The layout is perfect and the location is quiet and private. Parking is easy just out from the porch. Very close to cabana pool. The bikes provided were new and the smoothest we’ve ever had at a property. 30a escapes was easy to work with and checkin was on time!

Wonderful location

Super nice unit, wonderful location close to the Cabana Pool. FYI it isn't the one by the stage....we went there and spent a few hours only to find out it was an owners only pool. Someone held the gate for us so we walked in. :) In any case we used several pools and biked to the beach and it was awesome. 30A was very good at communication.

In the Center of Rosemary! Great stay!

We had a great stay! It was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and you have access to all of Rosemary's pools and beach access points. We would stay here again!

Great condo

The condo was great it had everything needed. The bikes were great for the kids and the green space out front was great for wiffle ball. It was clean and nicely decorated.

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient, and well-managed
This unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. First floor unit and all on one floor. Perfect for a couple or small family. Like all rentals in Rosemary Beach, a short walk to the beach. Best unit we have rented in Rosemary over the last several years. 30aEscapes management is always helpful and responsive.

Beautiful, peaceful, and perfect!
We loved every minute of our time at Rosemary Beach and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at this beautiful condo. It was perfect! Such a pretty home with everything we needed in a prime location! It was such a special vacation! We look forward to returning again and again! Fabulous getaway

We had a wonderful getaway with our small family. The condo is very clean and super stylish! We had a very comfortable stay and are already trying to get back! It was a home away from home!
