Great Place - Plenty of Room!

The place was great we had we had plenty of room for our Softball Team and guest. Also we had one guy in a wheelchair and the access was great for him on all three levels.  Abby went above and beyond for the time we were there. She wasn't our contact person but took over and did a great job.

Perfect Place for our Family Reunion!

This was a very special family reunion for us and we could not have found a more perfect place to have it.  From dealing with the staff to the house itself, everything was absolutely perfect and pain free.  The property was just spectacular.  Thanks to all, we will be back.

Throughout the process of finding the house, booking the house, and get all of the extras we needed, the staff was prompt, thorough and very professional.  They were all an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Beautiful house and even more beautiful beach!

We had a great weekend away on 30A.  The property manager, Tara Kinnebrew, was fantastic to work with.  She responded to emails and texts very quickly and answered all of our questions.  I highly recommend using her to book a vacation home.

Awesome house and vacation!

We had such a great time!! We had 4 different families staying together and this home was so spacious and comfortable. The pool was awesome, the elevator made bringing your luggage in and out so easy. It is a very easy walk to the beach and loved biking to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Thank you for such a perfect vacation!

Great spot

This was a great house, very roomy. We had 16 people, it can accommodate more than that. Pool and pool area are great at the pool. Very close walk to the beach is a huge positive. It’s a little further from Rosemary Beach & Seacrest Beach than we usually stay, but it’s an easy bike ride to those areas. I’d definitely recommend this home.

Great Multifamily Home

We stayed here with 6 different families and a TON of children. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom, which was great. The kids loved the bunk beds. It’s a short walk to the beach and easy access to all the neighboring towns. We will for sure consider returning!

Great Family Gathering

This house was magical for our family get together. 9 kids absolutely loved the pool and third floor. The whole family commented how incredible the house was! We definitely want to make it a yearly thing now!

Bachelorette Trip

We had a group of 18 stay for my bachelorette party this past weekend and it was amazing. The property was so beautiful and it's a superb location. Management was easy to get connected to and everybody we spoke with along the way was incredibly pleasant. We will be staying here again for future family and friend vacations!

Simply Amazing

Incredible home - perfect for a large family vacation

This home EASILY accommodated our group of 13 people with room and amenities to spare. Top notch home, very clean and well maintained. Great location, close to everything.

Amazing!!

This property is amazing. The house is stunning and has everything you need. It has an elevator in it, the bedding was so comfortable and the bike ride was the perfect distance to go get a coffee or go to the shops. 10/10 would recommend!

WOW!!!!

We loved everything about this home. The kitchen and living are both fabulous. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. AND THE ELEVATOR! What a bonus for hauling luggage in and out. The beach access is a short walk and not crowded at all for our May 10-17 week. OH - the laundry room! 3 washing machines and 3 dryers and now I want that at home. HAHA! Loved this house!!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautiful, and it was exactly as pictured. It was VERY clean. Beds were very comfortable, and all of the appliances are top notch. We comfortably fit 24 adults and a few children in the house and did not feel, at any point, that we were invading spaces. The owners were very communicative from beginning to end. HIGHLY recommend this house if you are traveling with a large party!
