Some Maintenance Issues
Flat was clean, comfortable and very nicely appointed. We had 2 maintenance issues while there: 1) guest bathroom sink faucet lever was broken and faucet did not work, 2) ice maker in freezer made very little ice and then stopped working. Bathroom sink faucet was replaced the day after we arrived. Portable ice maker was left on the counter while we were out (but we were unable to get it to produce ice); maintenance man inspected freezer ice maker and determined it would need a part to repair (so couldn't be done before we checked out). The property management team was quick to respond/communicate and tried to take care of our concerns during our stay. I would definitely recommend this flat and would rent from 30A Escapes again.- Anonymous U , Posted:
Perfect Getaway!
We loved our stay! The place was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean and fully stocked (the kitchen and bathrooms) with anything and everything I could have needed. The beds were very comfy which is nice. The location is perfect and very quiet to have people above and below. It was comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. The bikes were easy to access and in great condition. My kids loved having a bedroom, but also the bunks which are so cute to hang out in. All in all, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

St augustine
We so enjoyed our stay at St Augustine st. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. Location was great for us as we rode our bikes to each everyday with chairs, umbrella and small cooler on our back. Walk is about 5-7 minutes but it was too hot for us. 30a Escapes was so easy to communicate with and accommodating. Will absolutely stay again!- Anonymous U , Posted:

What a wonderful place! We enjoyed our stay so much. Location was perfect. It was just a short bike ride to the beach. We had double red flags for a few of our days. The Sea-ing Green property at Rosemary Beach was AMAZING!!! It is truly in the perfect location - quick walk to all the shopping & the beach, but far enough away that it’s quiet and peaceful. The unit itself was great too - wonderfully decorated and comfortable with the perfect floor plan. We absolutely loved our time at Sea-ing Green and can’t wait to return next year!!!
