• One non-shedding, housebroken dog allowed (40 pound maximum)
• The dog is not allowed on the furniture or beds
• The dog must be kept in a crate when guests are not home
• Requires a non-refundable pet fee of $250 + tax

• Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently
• Please note that there is active construction next door to this home. We do not have a completion date at this time
• We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment
• Waiver required to get access to the 7 provided bikes. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes
