Great Place

Great location in Water sound West. Kids loved how close to the pool the house was. House was very clean and worked well for our family. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for Spring Break!

Beautiful Home
We had a wonderful vacation! The house is beautiful! I especially liked that it was clean and updated! Just a short walk to the beach and super convenient across from the pool for our teens to walk to! We will be back!

The owners pay attention to the details!
This house has a fantastic location. Thank you to the owners for providing high quality cookware for the kitchen (GreenPan), Sport-Brella beach chairs, Sport-Brella beach umbrellas, wagons to carry everything to the beach, and new games and puzzles. Best Location on 30A
We have stayed in Watersound West for the last two years and it is our favorite neighborhood on the beach. After staying at this house, I'm not sure we will even look anywhere else. It had plenty of room for our family, all the amenities for a perfect week at the beach, and it is directly across from the pool and boardwalk to the beach. It is the ideal spot for families seeking a quieter, less-crowded 30A experience. We will be back, no question.

Winter getaway
Loved this house! Looks exactly like the photos. Clean, well stocked kitchen, bathroom had ample nice thick towels. Location is wonderful with the boardwalk to the beach next to the driveway. Quiet gated community. 30a escapes was easy to work with and good communication. We plan to return next year.

Winter getaway
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house. It looks exactly like the pictures and is located in a beautiful, quiet , gated neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Love the close proximity to the beach. We hope to stay here again next year.

very dirty rental won't stay again
Came for the second time to this property, last fall it was perfect, We arrived and the unit was dirty. Food and dirt all over furniture and walls. The dishes had food all over them the cabinets ,and we had to wash them all before we used. We found hair and lint all over the floor and linens had some stains. Handprints all over doors and bugs on the shades. The handles on the tub and not attached. The dyer was broken, so we did not get to use it and had someone come out twice and it never was fixed. You only get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom (even though we stayed for 8 days) and one roll of paper towels. Feel like I was scammed as the manager told us they must have been in a hurry when they cleaned this property.. They had all day as we didn't check in until 8pm on the 13th and they told us the property was ready at noon that same day What a waste. DO NOT STAY HERE

We understand how upsetting it must have been to arrive at a property that did not meet your standards, and we regret any delays in communication or confusion you experienced. We immediately offered to send housekeeping to address these concerns, but we understood and respected your choice to decline the service due to birthday celebrations taking place. We also appreciate that you acknowledged the linens and floors were clean, and your suggestion regarding deeper cleaning between stays has been shared with our team for continued improvements. We also understand how important it is for everything in the home to work smoothly during your stay. The dryer concern was noted and actioned in our system, and while scheduling adjustments took place, our internal review expedited a visit from the technician. We apologize for any confusion this caused. While the dryer was ultimately replaced, it was unfortunately not during your stay, and we recognize how inconvenient that was. Similarly, we acknowledge the overlapping delivery of blenders may have added to the inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience. Your feedback about our team's coordination and the response process is being taken seriously, and we are actively reviewing what occurred to ensure improvements are made.

Regarding the refund, we recognize your concerns and are sorry that the resolution left you feeling dissatisfied. Our goal is always to handle issues fairly and transparently, and we apologize if we fell short in your case. Although we did issue a refund due to the cleanliness and appliance issues, we understand this did not change your overall impression. We respect your decision not to return, though it deeply saddens us to lose a loyal guest. We did not become aware of your request for additional compensation until we began receiving your social media posts, and we truly wish we could have resolved this more directly.

Lastly, we value all guest feedback—positive and negative—as it helps us grow and improve. If you are open to it, we would welcome the opportunity to speak further and make this right. Please reach out to us directly so we can continue the conversation.

Summer Vacay
This property was everything we need for our family of 4. Plenty of extra space to spread out. Close proximity to the pool and boardwalk down to the beach. Property was clean and well stocked. Quiet property. Will stay again and would recommend to other renters.
