• Seagrove Beach East - Only 0.2 mile away, this beach is perfect for laid-back vibes, soft white sand, and crystal-clear waters, ideal for relaxing under the sun.
• Seaside Beach - A 5-minute drive brings you to this iconic, picturesque spot with its charming coastal town vibe, colorful cottages, and vibrant local shops.
• Grayton Beach State Park - Just a 9-minute drive away, this serene escape offers pristine nature trails, calm waters, and stunning natural beauty for a peaceful retreat.

• Travel Insurance is NOT included but can be purchased separately.
• We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment.
• Waiver required to get access to the 7 provided bikes and the LSV. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
• Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.
• There is an active camera on the back of the carriage house overlooking the backyard as well as a camera over the driveway.
• The fireplace & firepit are not available for guest use.
• Please note there is active construction taking place across the street. We do not have a completion date at this time.
