"Bahama Breeze" was a great house for a girls weekend!

Awesome customer service! Working with Darcie was great! She was very informative and helpful. House was exactly as expected and fulfilled all my beach house needs! "Bahama Breeze" was a great house for a girls weekend! Loved having a pool and only being a few blocks from the beach. House was clean and had all the kitchen supplies needed to cook. Would love to go back!

The house is comfortable, perfectly located in Seagrove Beach, spacious... everything is set nicely. Beautifully decorated and the convenience of having a private pool is the best, mostly in these COVID-19 times where you prefer to be isolated from everybody and everything. Had a great week staying at Bahama Breeze!

Fantastic Property

We had a great and much needed family vacation at the end of summer and "Bahama Breeze" proved to be everything we had hoped for. The home was beautiful and well maintained, it was very comfortable, and the private pool was the best feature - our three kids swam in it multiple times every day and it was always the perfect temp and clean. Just a short walk to the beach and several good restaurants as well, so not much of a need to venture very far on most days! The property manager was immediately responsive to the few questions we had. Looking forward to hopefully staying at this beautiful spot again next summer - would highly recommend!

Amazing home
The best of all worlds at Bahama Breeze! The house was sparkling clean, just amazing. Plenty of room to spread out. Very nicely furnished. The backyard was fantastic! Great pool. Just a couple blocks from the beach. We loved using the free bikes and we walked up the road a couple blocks to rent a child size bike, very simple. Great quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, shops, and other places. The nearby gas station came in handy too. Backyard is gorgeous and the palm trees provided enough partial shade while in the pool. The only suggestions I have - have the exterior lights turn on earlier or let guests access manual exterior lights. Sunset was around 6pm but the exterior lights did not turn on until almost 9pm. Pitch black outdoors in between. Related, even with the dim exterior lights and the pool lights on, it was still really dark out back - a handful of landscape lights along the perimeter would really help, especially closest to the house. Or again, allow guests to access a manual light. Thank you 30aEscapes!

Thanksgiving Break

The house is exactly as described. There were 7 of us but there is room for at least 12. Seating offered in dining room and at the kitchen bar for meals. There is a very short walk to Tom Thumb(convenience store) and the beach which makes everything very convenient. If you want to bike to Seaside it is 1.5 easy miles on sidewalks. The property owner checked in with us on Thanksgiving to ensure we had everything we needed to cook dinner. Check in and out was easy. My two favorite spots of the house: front porch swing for coffee in the morning and the nicely landscaped pool on the back for happy hour. I would stay here again.

Great house!

We stayed in Bahama Breeze from May 6-11, 2021. Great house and private pool. They were quick to turn on the pool heat when we got there and let them know it was off (we had paid the extra fee for pool heat). Very responsive!

Loved it!

"Bahama Breeze" is an amazing home in a great location! Close to shops and quaint restaurants, this home provided the rest and relaxation that my family needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach is just steps away. Thank you for having us, we will definitely return!

Wonderful House!
Our family really enjoyed Bahama Breeze! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Loved the high ceilings in the living room and master suite. Very quiet neighborhood. Great atmosphere around the pool and cozy big front porch swing. Also, enjoyed having the golf card and bikes to ride around on.

Great house (repeat customer)
Great house, and was impressed they actually considered my previous review regarding being able to keep toddlers from leaving the house unnoticed. Thanks for that. The only suggestion would be to turn on pool heat a day ahead of time when house has been vacant so guests do not lose a day.otherwise every thing was great, and the addition of the golf cart was great. Would not hesitate to rent this house again. Management company was responsive and very professional.
