Uno Mas Inlet

Our stay at Uno Mas was outstanding!

Our stay at Uno Mas was outstanding. The home is beautifully furnished with a well stocked kitchen. The private access pool and beach access gate are major advantages to this property. The free bikes and chair/umbrella set are a plus, too. Also, a major bonus was the supply closet in the garage. It includes extra chairs, floats, and boogie boards. These were helpful with the 3 kids in our group. We look forward to staying here again!

I, initially, made my reservation with Brenden. Then, I dealt with Meredith after the reservation was made both were very friendly and professional. I was impressed with their customer service and courtesy in making sure we had a great vacation. I appreciate dealing with individuals, like them, who make it a priority to ensure we have a great experience.

The location and property were great. The master was very big but a little difficult to get to. That would be the ONLY downside of unit. Thank you for texts and emails that made check in and checkout ver easy and answered all questions about the visit. Would love to rent from y’all again next year for spring break. Thanks

Great views and we loved how close the property was to the ocean and the pool!

Pool water was warm which we loved!  We also enjoyed that the property was within walking distance to Rosemary Beach, Seacreast Beach and Alys Beach restaurants.  The 30A trail made for great walks every morning.  Dylan was very quick to respond and resolve the issue with our wireless internet.  He was also very helpful in answering all of our questions about the property prior to booking.  All information he provided was accurate.

Our Stay at Uno Mas was Excellent!

The access to other amenities such as shopping, groceries, boutiques was all within walking distance and the best was the beach only a few steps out the door.

We loved everything about the property and location!

We stayed at 244 Winston and the house had all the amenities we could want and more. Our favorites were the ease of access to the beach and that our area was not crowded. We also loved  the very short bike ride into town for shopping, eating and outdoor concerts.  The kids favorites were The Sugar Shack, La Cocina Mexican restaurant and Shades. Our entire experience was wonderful and we are looking forward to returning again soon. It was a little slice of heaven!

Uno Mas Rocks!

Uno Mas is a great property with all the amenities you need and steps to the private beach walkover in a cozy neighborhood block. Home is comfortable, wifi, TV throughout, balconies with views and ocean sounds 24-7. Highly recommend. Property managers are very responsive and service-oriented.

Mardi Gras getaway

Cold and rainy at the beach still beats cold and rainy at home! Great location for easy beach access and to enjoy the amenities of 30A.

Great location
Location is ideal. Place is very comfortable. Plenty of room for our group. Could use more silver wear in the kitchen. Company was great. Had a few minor problems that were dealt with right away. Beach acces is right there, which is ideal!

Great Location!

This was a great property to celebrate “Uno Mas” week of my 30s! The location was fabulous! Quick walk to Rosemary without Rosemary prices and the beach access is literally steps away. Property comes with a set of chairs via laid back beach services which was a game changer, no lugging things up and down and you can add extra chairs or a cooler through laid back website. Little bit of a hike to the third floor bedroom but view and furnishings are worth it. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

 It was clean, had everything we needed for the week and the location was perfect! We were looking for a little more low key location on the beach, Seaside gets crazy busy so Inlet right next to Rosemary is perfect if you are looking for things to do with less people. 10-15 minute car ride to the major beaches like Seaside & Seagrove and a 10 minute walk to the main Rosemary shopping and dining area. Seconds from the beach! Will book again next year.

We loved Uno Mas

The house had a great set up and was exactly what we needed. Just a few short steps to the private beach was perfect! Very easy to find. The neighborhood was quite and amenities were close by. We’ll definitely stay here again!
