Loved everything about it!

30A Escapes staff was very attentive and helpful! We had one day that the air shut off due to a safety feature. When I contacted them at 8:30 pm they immediately sent someone our to fix it.

A gorgeous yet casual beach condo with 3 en-suite bathrooms, this was a perfect place to spend our 30A vacation.  Celia responded immediately to my concerns, and the property manager attended to the pool immediately as well.

Awesome annually
This is our 5th year staying at this property. We love the location and love the Ocean view. Although we were somewhat restricted, we still had an absolutely wonderful time. We will be back!

Fantastic family vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Monterey condos 301A in Seacrest Beach, FL. It is the perfect mix of being close to everything but in a quieter area... Easy to find beach space, just a bike ride away from restaurants, and a pool almost to ourselves. Plenty of space for our family and the kids’ friends who came along. We had no issues while there. This unit is very nice and comfortable. We didn’t need anything additional.

Located central to everything, this unit is modern and we wanted for nothing. we laid on the beach, ate shrimp from goatfeathers, and played pickle ball at the close by school! we will be back.

Great Experience!
