Centrally located along the 30A FL corridor, Seagrove Beach is a popular SoWal vacation destination as it is between Seaside / WaterColor to the west and WaterSound / The Big Chill / Seacrest to the east.

Roughly 2 miles in length, the actual scope of Seagrove Beach is larger than most all other 30A FL communities. Unlike Rosemary Beach and Seaside, Seagrove Beach is not a master planned community. It`s more of a laid-back old and new Florida blend. In Seagrove, you`ll find classic beach homes built many years ago alongside brand new modern properties. Seagrove Beach is truly a unique mix of old and new, busy and tranquil, fancy and casual all in one.

Seaside FL

Venture a few miles east from the laid-back village of Grayton Beach and you`ll discover Seaside, the heart of scenic 30A FL. Recently named "Best Beach on Earth for Families" and featured in "Top 10 Best Beach Towns in Florida", Seaside is a magical, vibrant and unpretentious beach town, famous for its unique architecture. Turquoise waters, sugar white sand, quaint stores and cozy cafés welcome you to this vibrant town, where the streets are lined with 30A Restaurants, shops and galleries, and vintage air-stream trailers that serve hot dogs, gilled cheese, shaved ice and much more!

A pedestrian town, everything in Seaside is accessible by foot or bicycle. Explore the colorful neighborhood of pastel colored homes, bike ride along the beach road, or head downtown to the artists` colony to view the works of local artisans. Attend an outdoor concert under the stars at the Seaside Amphitheatre or sip wine and sample local fare at the Farmer`s Market. Seaside is one of the most popular 30A wedding venues as there`s so many fun things for everyone in the party. Be sure to explore the Scenic Highway 30A by bike along the Timpoochee Trail, an 18 mile bike path that runs along the scenic highway to Rosemary Beach, passing towering pine forests, white sand dunes, and beautiful lakes.
