My name is Jessica Simmons born and raised in Thomasville Georgia. I moved to Florida my sophomore year of high school from a small town to a much bigger city we vacationed at through the years. I have 5 beautiful children and a husband who is the greatest cheerleader. We have fun as a family riding dirt bikes and water sports. I began property management in 2011 and knew this is exactly the job for me. I enjoy customer service and making our guest feel at home (away from home). Creating long lasting impressions with our guests is very important to me. I believe a smile is always heard through the phone and I like to share that with my guests.  30A Escapes is a family and we hope you join us in making memories for years to come.

Jessica`s favorite restaurants in South Walton are... I have 3 favorite restaurants for 3 types of moods:  Cuvée which is fine dining, Amici`s is amazing pizza all the way to a good steak, and of course 3 Amigos you can never go wrong with Mexican dishes.  All three restaurants are located at 30Avenue in Inlet Beach.
