Spend the morning with coffee on the front porch, head to the 12,000 Sq Ft Seacrest Lagoon Pool for the afternoon or grab one of the 7 included bikes and explore the east end of 30A. Back at home, multiple living areas and generous outdoor spaces make it just as easy to stay in, especially with a screened-in balcony complete with an outdoor kitchen, dining area and TV. With comfortable gathering spaces on both floors, “Out of Office Beaches” gives everyone room to settle in after a day at the beach or pool. The first floor serves as the main gathering space with an open layout connecting the living, kitchen and dining areas, while the upstairs lounge provides another spot for movie nights or a little downtime.

The first-floor chef’s kitchen sits at the center of the home, making it easy to cook, gather and spend time together. Stainless steel appliances, plenty of seating and dedicated beverage storage keep everything convenient whether you’re making breakfast before the pool or dinner at home.

Five bedrooms are spread across both floors, including two King suites and two Queen suites with En-suite bathrooms. A spacious bunk room gives younger guests their own place to settle in while the two Primary King Suites offer comfortable retreats for the adults.
