The place itself was clean and cozy. The Rosemary Beach area was fantastic. Very walkable and great restaurants. I can’t say the same for the 30A Escapes company or the owner. The day of check in I received a message the balcony’s would not be usable during our stay. The company knew about this prior because all the balcony furniture was placed in the caged area in the parking garage. When retrieving the key to enter the place, the wrong number was provided to us and we had to figure out which cage to retrieve the key from. The elevator, was not usable and the instructions provided were incorrect. As far as amenities, no addresses were provided for the pools or fitness center. We had to use a satellite map to figure out the pool locations and only found one pool. I would 100% not recommend this place to anyone. Come to Rosemary Beach, but don’t stay at a 30A Escapes property.

The balcony closure should have been communicated earlier. We also corrected the cage number in our pre-arrival guide to prevent future key‑retrieval confusion. Your note about the elevator instructions was extremely helpful—we’ve since visited the property to verify and rewrite those directions so they’re accurate and easy to follow. For amenities, we will add clear addresses for the pools and fitness center to our pre‑arrival guide so guests can navigate the community without frustration. I’m glad you enjoyed Rosemary Beach, and I appreciate you taking the time to outline areas where we can improve. Your feedback directly supports better stays for future guests.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is in a wonderful location and was the perfect place for our getaway. Everything was convenient, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Two of our favorite nearby spots were Cafe 30A and Havana Grill—both were fantastic! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

We stayed at this Rosemary condo for 5 days and absolutely loved every minute! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, the farmers market, and fantastic restaurants for date nights. My wife and I enjoyed every moment, and the best part was how much our kids loved it too! In fact, they wished we could move in next week. The condo was comfortable, convenient, and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. Highly recommended!

Located in the heart of Rosemary Beach and walking distance to everything except golf (but great golf is a 30 minute drive). Unit is spacious and modern with wonderful kitchen, large beds and each room with a master bath. Parking in the building is a big plus. Quick walk to the most beautiful beach you will find in the US (be sure to rent chairs at the beach in advance and bring your own beach towels). Sand is like white sugar. Nice bikes provided. Everything about the property and the town is safe and casual. Highly recommend!

We have been going to Rosemary for the past 14 years. We loved this unit for several reasons. It was super clean, a very large 2 bedroom 2 bath, it was decorated beautifully, great location, underground parking (having a designated parking place in Rosemary is HUGE), and great communication with the 30A Escapes Team. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully appointed, spacious apartment. I loved that it was centrally located in the Rosemary Beach town square with easy access to restaurants and shops and a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Communication via text with the manager was easy and effortless. I will come for another stay!

Beautiful loft, perfect for our family, clean and maintained.  JOSHUA IS AMAZING. Upon checkout, our 3 year old’s lovey got left behind trapped in bedsheets. We realized when we got home and were pretty concerned that he wouldn’t sleep. Joshua went the extra mile & found my sons stuffed animal and blanket and had them shipped to us. This is the kind of service that hardly exists anymore today. Thank you 30 A and Joshua for a great experience!
