About the 30A Songwriters Festival
Since its founding in 2010, the 30A Songwriters Festival has grown into the largest and most prestigious songwriters festival in the Southeast. Each January, more than 125 songwriters and musicians converge on the stunning beaches of South Walton for four days of intimate performances spanning country, Americana, folk, blues, soul, and rock.
The festival transforms amphitheaters, town halls, restaurants, bars, and covered patios throughout the 30A corridor into dedicated listening rooms, each outfitted with professional sound systems. With capacities ranging from 100 to 1,000 seats indoors — and up to 6,000 outdoors — there's a setting for every type of music fan.
2026 Festival
The 2026 festival celebrated its 17th year, January 16–19, with headliners Mavis Staples, Toad the Wet Sprocket, 10,000 Maniacs, I'm With Her, Nikki Lane, and Paul McDonald & The Mourning Doves. With 125+ artists performing across 30+ venues, the weekend offered more than 300 individual performances.
Venues Across 30A
Festival listening rooms are spread throughout the 30A Scenic Highway corridor, including venues in Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, Grayton Beach, Seacrest, and Blue Mountain Beach. The Festival's main stage at presenting partner Grand Boulevard's Town Center in Miramar Beach is free and open to the public.
Planning Your Visit
