South Walton Florida and the entire 30A corridor is truly one of the most beautiful places in the continental United States. It’s one of the only spots where you’ll see rare coastal dune lakes that occasionally outflow into the Gulf Of Mexico over sugar white sand beaches. Or, sand dunes so tall they take your breath away. Or, such a diverse mix of wildlife like deer, black bear, shore birds, alligators, manatee, dolphins, and much more!

Our search for a better way to showcase the 30A area and beautiful properties we represent led us to discover TikTok and we’ve been loving it ever since! Yes, we’re also active on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube but there’s just something different (in a fun way) about TikTok that allows us to share the best of South Walton. Since launching the 30A Escapes TikTok account back in January 2020 we’re up to 82 videos, 13,700 followers, and more than 256,000 likes! It’s so exciting to see that kind of growth as it motivates us to keep creating content that helps new people discover South Walton and the 30A corridor.
