This 4,500 square foot main house is luxury at its finest with three guestrooms located on the first floor - all king suites and a 1st floor living room - your guests will be relaxing in style! Hop on the elevator and cruise to the second floor where you will find the expansive living spaces and stunning chefs kitchen! There are tree living room spaces - all with TVs so the adults and kids can each watch what they wish. The dining table is in the center and seats 6 guests with bar seating at the island in the kitchen. The stunning chefs kitchen has everything you need from top notch appliances, a pot filler, and ample counter space! The 2nd floor porch wraps around the home to give enough seating for everyone to enjoy views of Rosemary Beach! 

Escape up to the 3rd floor primary suite where you will find a king size bed, stunning en suite, and a balcony with gulf views! The primary suite has its own living room with a wet bar, couch, chairs and a TV. The primary en suite is luxury at its finest with a soaking tub, shower, his a her sinks as well as a separate vanity with a single sink and a second walk in shower! Step out onto the balcony to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and take in the gulf views!

Make a splash in the private pool or check out one of Rosemary''s 4 community pools! Enjoy biking the streets of Rosemary Beach to take in the scenery, shop or grab a bite to eat. Important Things to Know:
1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property. 
4) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach. 
6) Pool can be heated for an additional fee + tax. 
7) The main house has access to the private pool in the courtyard between the main house and the carriage house. The carriage house can be rented separate from the main house or together. If the carriage house is rented by another guest, not in the same party as the main house - the carriage house will not have access to the pool area.
