Bella Vita is a West Indies inspired upscale 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bath home located in a quaint area of Seagrove Beach south of 30A and just to the east of Eastern Lake. The home is situated next to and overlooking Tresca Lake and the community pool is adjacent to the house. In addition, you are a 3-5 minute walk and a 1 minute bike ride to the gorgeous white beach along the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 2013 and renovated in 2019, this professionally decorated home boasts new furniture and appliances, custom hardwood flooring throughout and four flat screen tvs.

The dining area just off the kitchen and perched beside a wall of windows has a table for 8 guests. There is a separate new bar with a freestanding ice maker. A large pantry closet with plenty of shelving houses the stackable washer/dryer on this floor and a large balcony with gas grill and seating overlooks the pool and Tresca Lake.

The private fourth floor of the home features the luxurious master suite with another king bed, flat screen tv and private ensuite bath. Additionally , there is a private balcony with seating and beautiful partial Gulf and sunset views. Large windows and natural light make for the perfect retreat after a long day at the beach. The private bathroom features a double vanity with new quartz countertop and a large tiled walk in shower with bench seat and plenty of space. There is a large walk in closet with dresser.
This luxurious four story home boasts an elevator for convenient access to all floors.

This high end home is situated conveniently between Rosemary Beach and Seaside and adjacent to Water Sound. It is the perfect location for your relaxing beach vacation. You will love the serenity of Seagrove Beach, away from all the traffic and yet located close to the Florida Fish House, Buddy’s Seafood Market and about 1 ½ miles from the new Hub30A. Seaside is a short ride away, a little over 2 miles to the west, Alys Beach is about 3 miles to the east with Rosemary Beach just beyond.
Owners have provided several beach chairs, an umbrella and beach wagon. You can bike or drive to the beach entrance in less than a minute and there are no steps down when you get there! If you decide to drive, the car can be left at the beach entrance long enough to drop off and set up and then parked at the lot a block away or driven back to the house.

I am thrilled to have found a property management company who is such a pleasure to work with! We plan to return to 30a in the fall!

The property was amazing. Beautiful, spacious and clean and conveniently located. It had everything we needed and more. Cooking in the kitchen was very enjoyable, plenty of space for 2 people to work. The proximity of the pool was a plus.
