When will I receive my check in information?

How do I check in?
All of our properties have keys or keyless access codes right on the property. You do not have to check in with an office. We keep the check in process simple for our valued guests. |
Are pets allowed?
Yes and No. Many of our properties are pet friendly and some are not. You can use the “Pet Friendly” filter in the booking engine to narrow your search to pet-friendly homes, or email or call us for more information. What are the check in/check out times?
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 9am. Please do not request an early check in. We like to use all of the time provided between stays to make your accommodations the best that they can be. |
Will there be daily or mid week maid service?
These services are available upon request for an additional charge. |
What should we do before leaving the property?
We just ask that you put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, start a load of towels (if possible), lock the doors, and put any keys back in the key boxes (if applicable). |
What amenities are included with my stay?
The property will be equipped with a starter shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash in each full bathroom. Also, there will be 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. The kitchens will have 2 rolls of paper towels, a small dish washing soap, a couple dishwasher packets, 1 sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 laundry packets and 2 garbage bags per trash can. Please note that you will be responsible for purchasing extra items. |
Will beach towels be provided?
No, our homes are stocked with bath towels and linens for the beds, but nothing to take out of the home. |
Is there Wi-Fi at the property?
Yes, all of our homes and condos have Wi-Fi. |
Are bikes provided?
Most of our properties do come with 1 adult bike per bedroom. The adult bikes unfortunately cannot be exchanged for children’s bikes, but we typically do have them available for rent. If you need additional adult or children's bikes, please contact our bike manager. Can we get additional pool passes for the people in our group?
No, each property is only allowed 2 pool passes per the Homeowner’s Association. One pool pass will get a group in, so no need to worry about having 1 per person. |
Are Beach Chairs and Umbrellas Provided?
Many of our properties do include one set up, but you will need to double check with the property manager to confirm if your reservation includes them. |
Do I have complimentary access to the fitness and tennis centers?
No. Your pool pass will provide you “access” to the facilities, but there will be a daily/hourly/weekly fee to use them. |
What is you cancellation policy?
Cancellations and Changes. Reservations may be cancelled by either party " you" or "30a Escapes" by notifying either party in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to your Check-In date ("Cancellation Period").* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. 30A Escapes reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. This loss may be avoided if you purchased a separate Red Sky Travel Insurance Policy and the reason for cancellation is covered under Red Sky`s terms and conditions. |
