Located in the private gated community of Watersound West Beach 'Southern Tide' will fulfill all your beach vacation dreams with access to the secluded beaches through Deer Lake State Park. This cozy beach cottage is the perfect family vacation with an open concept living, kitchen, and dining areas that lead to a screened in porch featuring a custom porch swing and outdoor dining table to seat four. The dining table inside seats eight with three additional seats at the bar. There is a propane grill at the home to cook up your fresh catch of the day!
The first floor features a master suite with a king size bed and en suite with double sinks and a walk in shower. The first floor also has a half bath and laundry with a full size washer and dryer. Head on up to the second floor, where you will find a landing area that is perfect for the kiddos with custom built twin over twin bunks. Off the loft area are two guest bedrooms, the first has a king size bed and the second has a twin over full bunk bed. The two bedrooms share a bathroom that has one sink and a shower/tub combo. Additionally the home has two pack and plays for the little ones so don't worry about bringing yours from home!

The Watersound West neighborhood is an amazing location with private beach and community pool access. The house was beautiful, comfortable for a family of 4 and well equipped to cook many meals. We enjoyed our family time and will be back.

Peaceful Paradise
My family and I loved this house! Cute house that was well equipped and slept 4 adults and 5 kids comfortably. When comparing to our friend’s 2 houses across the street from us, we found that our kitchen was the best stocked with kitchen items. My husband and I thought the first floor bed was comfy. The kids loved the loft area! The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. The pool area was wonderful. The only (tiny) downfall is that it is a small hike to the beach. But, the non-crowded beach makes up for that! We will totally consider renting this same house next time we come.- Anonymous U , Posted:
Nice house, quiet area
We loved the house and the boardwalk to the beach. There was plenty of space in the house and nothing quirky. (Many beach houses have quirks for trying to squeeze in more people.) The covered porch with the hanging bed was a favorite for our family. The time to walk out to the beach wasn't worse than staying in the back of Seaside or Rosemary, and we appreciated that bikes can be taken right to the edge of the beach. However, if you are used to renting chairs on the beach, this is a place where you'll need to carry your own.- Anonymous U , Posted:
