First Floor Features: This newly updated 30A vacation home includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and high end Calphalon cookware. The private courtyard patio area is equipped with table seating and a grill area. The first floor bedroom includes a queen bed, large TV, and study desk. On the first floor you'll also find a full bathroom and laundry area. The laundry features a full size washer and dryer.
Second Floor Features: On the second floor you'll find a master bedroom with a king bed, large TV, and private balcony. The first guest bedroom features a queen over queen bunk and large TV. There's a shared bathroom between the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The second guest bedroom includes a queen over queen bunk, private bathroom with shower/tub combination. Finally, you'll find and additional covered balcony on the second floor.
A huge 12,000 square foot community pool is nearby for your enjoyment. Take a short stroll to the beach, or have the community beach shuttle pick you up - free of charge, or take a short stroll or bike ride along the paved paths to the shops and restaurants at the adjacent communities of the Village of South Walton and Rosemary Beach. Only 15 minutes to Pier Park, a new complex of shops, restaurants, activities, and a multi-screen theater. You will leave with unforgettable memories and hopefully will plan another visit to "Laid Back"!

1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
5) Beach Equipment Provided: 6 Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Cooler, and Beach Cart. Please return items at your departure.
6) There is an active ring doorbell camera at the entrance door of the home.

We had a great week at Laid Back in Seacrest Beach! The home was well stocked, and equipped with everything we needed. Property Management Team was quick to respond and very friendly. Amazing Location!

Great location!
We had such a wonderful week staying at Laid Back! The location is Incredible. It is literally close to everything, beach, pool, restaurants and shops. The house is so nice as well, with super comfortable living areas with plenty of room. We slept great. The beds were so plush. Laidback Holiday!
Being from Nashville our family has traveled to 30A many times. Laidback proves to be our most favorite 30A escape! The location holds hands with Rosemary and Alys Beach. Laidback is tucked in the heart of all preferred shopping and dinning. A 5 min stroll will lead you to the private beach or if you prefer a gigantic swimming pool. It was wonderful to find a home with such high quality bedding that offers peaceful luxurious sleep away from home. The kitchen is amply stocked with top end amenities that are perfect for large family meals. The first floor provides a private master, while upstairs includes a second master. Bedrooms 3 & 4 offer queen size bunkbeds. Superlative details throughout. You've got it all at Laidback! We will certainly be back this summer!- Anonymous U , Posted:
Laid Back on Spring Break
We had another great trip to 30A. Laid Back was a great house that provided our family plenty of space. It is well equipped and the courtyard is really nice for some outdoor grilling and dining privacy. Offering the bikes and beach gear was a great touch. This home is perfectly located for easy access to all things in Seacrest/Rosemary Beach and amenities within a few minutes walk. The beach tram also has a pickup/dropoff right in front of the house but it was just as quick/easy to walk. Best Week at the Beach!
We had the most amazing week! The house was perfect for us and was just as described! We LOVED being in our own house and within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the pool! Very comfortable house with plenty of room for four adults. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and the beach. Loved being able to use the bikes that they provided. Will definitely stay there again.

This property accesses the beach through a gated community across 30A - it is a 5 minute walk from the property or you can catch the free beach tram.
